The current study aims to empirically investigate the happiness satisfaction of the employees in the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) in Kuwait. Therefore, the study will firstly select a set of five dimensions to be used in the investigation; and it will secondly investigate the happiness satisfaction of respondents of employees who are working in the MOJ in different departments and various positions including specialists or technicians, executive employees, supervisors or heads of departments, general managers or directors and others. The study expands on previous work done in this area of research as an important subject for employees in the Kuwaiti government in general and MOJ in particular. This study provides insights on the dimensions evaluating happiness satisfaction. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed and disseminated to a sample of 430 respondents representing five groups. Of the distributed 430 questionnaires, 323 questionnaires were received. The results indicate that providing empirical evidence on this issue within the MOJ may add a new dimension to the happiness satisfaction literature. Future research studies should consider other countries in the region and to include respondents in other ministries such as Ministry of Interior or Ministry of Finance with more recent data which may lead to different results.
