|a هذا بحث بعنوان «مرصاد القواعد الأصولية الموجهة لسوء فهم النصوص»، يتناول معرفة الأسباب العلمية التي مرجعها القواعد الأصولية التي حدت بالعوام إلى التقول على الله ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وما أهم نماذج القواعد الأصولية التي يكثر الجهل بها؟. \nوقد سعى الباحث إلى الوصول إلى الأسباب العلمية التي أدت إلى الخلل في فهم النصوص الشرعية عند العوام، وإظهار طريقة الأصوليين في التعامل مع نصوص الوحي، وتعريف العوام بواجبهم تجاه القرآن والسنة. \nوقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي في تحديد المشكلة، ومحاولة معرفة الأسباب الرئيسية لها من بعد التأمل في عدة تساؤلات حول المعضلة، كما اعتمدت المنهج الاستنباطي والاستدلالي. \nوكان من أهم النتائج أن سبب التقول على النص الشرعي هو الاحتكام إلى نص واحد دون ضميمة، والجهل بمعايير سلف الأمة في الأخذ والترك لظاهر القرآن والسنة القولية، والجهل ببعض القواعد الأصولية المهمة الأخرى.\n

|f This research entitled as “Observance of the fundamentalist rules directed to misunderstanding texts”, which deals with understanding the scientific reasons attributed to the fundamentalist rules that led the general public to fabricate lies against Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and what are the most important examples of fundamentalist rules which are mostly not known?. \nThe researcher sought to find the scientific reasons that led to the imbalance in the understanding of Shari'a texts by public and demonstrate the path of the fundamentalists in dealing with the texts of revelation, and inform the public about their duty towards the Qur'an and Sunnah. \nI relied on the descriptive approach in identifying the problem and trying to find out its main causes after contemplating several questions about the dilemma. I also adopted the deductive and evidentiary approach. \nOne of the most important findings was that the reason for fabricating lies on the Islamic text was the submission to one text without an annexe and ignorance of the standards of the early scholars of Ummah in taking and leaving the outer view of the Qur'an and Sunnah, besides the ignorance of some other important fundamentalist rules.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
