|a هدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي لتنمية تقبل آباء التلاميذ المعوقين عقليا لأدوار أخصائيي التربية الخاصة. وتكونت العينة من (24) أبا وأما لأبناء معوقين عقليا، وتم تقسيمهم بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين (تجريبية وضابطة)، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (26-51) سنة بمتوسط (36.6) وانحراف معياري (7.36) سنة. واستخدم الباحث مقياس تقبل آباء التلاميذ المعوقين عقليا لأدوار أخصائيي التربية الخاصة، والبرنامج المعرفي السلوكي (إعداد الباحث). أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في القياس البعدي في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية عند مستوى (0.01) في الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد الخمسة الفرعية (التواصل والدعم، الالتزام، المساواة، المهارات، الثقة والاحترام). ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في القياس التتبعي مما يدل على استمرار فاعلية البرنامج. وقام الباحث بمناقشة النتائج وفق الأدبيات التربوية الخاصة والدراسات السابقة في مجال الإعاقة العقلية وطرح عدد من التوصيات والبحوث المستقبلية.

|b The research aims to find out the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral program for the development of the pupil's parents to accept the mentally disabled for the roles of special education specialists. The sample consisted of (24) a father s and mothers of the sons of the mentally disabled, were divided evenly into two groups (experimental and control), and ranged in age between the (26-51) year average (36.6) and standard deviation (7.36) years. The researcher used measure of the pupil's parents to accept the mentally disabled for the roles of specialists, special education, and cognitive- behavioral program (prepared by the researcher). The results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in dimensional measurement in the direction of the experimental group at the level (0.01) in the total score and five sub-dimensions (communication, support, commitment, equality, skills, trust and respect). There were no statistically significant differences in the iterative measurement, which indicates the continued effectiveness of the program. The Researcher discussed the results according to the special educational literature and previous studies in the field of mental disability and offer a number of recommendations and future research.
