|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم دور التعاونيات في المجال التنموي في ضوء الممارسات والتجارب الدولية الحديثة، بالتركيز عل حالة دولة الكويت؛ وذلك من خلال مناقشة وتحليل لدور التعاونيات في تدعيم الاستدامة والأهداف الإنمائية الدولية SDGs، ومدى فعالية الدور الاقتصادي للتعاونيات وإسهامها في إرساء قواعد عمل السوق. كما تقوم الدراسة برصد وتقييم لواقع التعاونيات في دولة الكويت، وأهم التحديات التي تواجهها، من خلال فحص ميداني لجميع الجوانب المرتبطة بفعالية الدور التنموي للقطاع التعاوني في دولة الكويت. \nهذا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عديد من النتائج، كان أهمها، تمكن قطاع التعاونيات في دولة الكويت من تحقيق إسهام ملموس وفاعل في المسيرة التنموية للدولة سواء في فترات الاستقرار أو فترات الأزمات، كما قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات التي قد يسهم تطبيقها في تحسين كفاءة القطاع التعاوني وفعاليته في دولة الكويت، وبخاصة ما يتعلق بتوسيع أنشطته وتعميقها، وتطوير التشريعات والنظم الخاصة به وبعلاقته بالدولة.\n

|f This study aims to assess the role of cooperatives in the development field in light of modern international practices and experiences, focusing on the state of Kuwait by discussing and analyzing the role of cooperatives in promoting sustainability and international development goals SDGs, and the effectiveness of the economic role of cooperatives and their contribution to the establishment of the market. The study also monitors and assesses the reality of cooperatives in the State of Kuwait and the main challenges they face, through a field examination of all aspects related to the effectiveness of the developmental role of the cooperative sector in the State of Kuwait.\nIn addition, the study reached several findings, the most important of which is the ability of the cooperative sector in Kuwait to make a tangible and effective contribution to the development process of the country, whether during periods of stability or crisis. The study also made many recommendations that might contribute to improving the efficiency of the sector and its effectiveness in the State of Kuwait, especially with regard to expanding and deepening its activities, developing legislation and regulations and its relationship with the State.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
