المستخلص: The essence of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of selected change enablers, namely, coaching, leadership, training and communication on the implementation of change management strategies in organizations. The examination of theory has been performed in one of the leading aluminium smelters in the world that have introduced strategic changes with the intention of making successful impact on its financial, production, health and safety performance and organizational culture. The study included a wide-spectrum literature review and examined several change management theories. This also included analyzing data obtained from surveying the organization to understand the significance that change management enablers have carried following the massive structural changes made post 2012. The results acquired illustrate that the selected key dimensions (coaching, leadership, training and communication) have significance in the organization adaptation of change management. It is concluded that there is a significant correlation between the independent variables (coaching, leadership, training, communication) and the dependent variable (change management). Furthermore, the study affirmed that the ‘Coaching’ dimension has been perceived to have the highest impact on the organization’s change management process according to the survey attained sample. The research concludes by giving a set of recommendation to enhance the drive of the change process at Aluminium Bahrain. This could be done by focusing on the low scoring results and preserving the strength of the high scoring dimensions.
