|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق المشرفين التربويين للممارسات الإشرافية للزيارات الصفية في ضوء معايير الجودة التالية: (تعديل اتجاهات المعلم، التركيز على جودة أداء المعلمين، القيادة الصفية والتفاعل الصفي، التقويم والتحسين المستمر)، من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة مكة المكرمة، ومدى وجود فروق بين متوسطات عينة الدراسة تبعا للمتغيرات التالية (العمل الحالي، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة). واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة مكونة من (701) معلم ومشرف تربوي بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة مكة المكرمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: اتضح أن الممارسات الإشرافية للمشرفين التربويين خلال الزيارات الصفية في جميع مجالات الدراسة (تعديل اتجاهات المعلم، التركيز على جودة أداء المعلمين، القيادة الصفية والتفاعل الصفي، التقويم والتحسين المستمر) كانت بدرجة (متوسطة). وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات من أهمها: بتقليل نصاب المشرفين التربويين من المدارس، وتفعيل دور مدير المدرسة كمشرف تربوي مقيم في المدرسة، وتطبيق نظام المعلم الأول كمشرف مواد دراسية في مدرسته، وصياغة معايير للجودة مكتوبة ومعتمدة للزيارة الصفية، على أن يوقع عليها المشرف التربوي والمعلم ومدير المدرسة لضمان تطبيقها.

|b Goal of the Study: to identify the extent of application supervisory practices by educational supervisors for classroom visits in the light of the following quality standards: (Adjustment of the teacher trends, concentration of the teachers quality performance, classroom managment , classroom interaction, evaluation and continuous improvement) from perspective of the supervisors and teachers in Secondary school at Holy makkah, and extent differences between mean of the study sample according to the following variants (current work, academic qualification). Study approach : descriptive analytical approach . Study tool: a questionnaire consists of (40) items was distributed to four axes(Adjustment of the teacher trends, , concentration of the teachers quality performance, classroom leadership , classroom interaction, evaluation and continuous improvement). Study sample : this study was conducted for the sample composed of (701) teachers and educational supervisors in Secondary school at Holy makkah. Methods of the statistical analysis : Arithmetic averages and standard deviations to describe application supervisory practices by educational supervisors for visits classroom. Most important results: 1. The study showed the supervisory practices by the educational supervisors during classroom visits in each fields of the study (Adjustment of the teacher trends, , concentration of the teachers quality performance, classroom managment , classroom interaction, evaluation and continuous improvement) was medium. Recommendations: The study was recommended to reduce quota of the educational supervisors in the schools, and activate the role of school principal as a supervisor educational resident at the school, and the application first teacher program as supervisor subjects in his school.
