المستخلص: This study aims to find out the impact of vocational training on traditional roles of women, to reveal women's abilities to adapt to the modern roles they have created for themselves, due to technological development and the emergence of the proliferation of advanced technological machines, whether at home or in multiple and different community institutions. So does she take advantage of all opportunities to develop her capabilities while maintaining their traditional roles? By introducing everything new into her daily work to fulfil her roles. This contributes to the creation of motivation for learning. It is the factor that motivates her to go to the vocational training sector to have the opportunity to learn a particular craft she needs, adapted to her preoccupations.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير التكوين المهني على الأدوار التقليدية للمرأة إلى الكشف على قدرات المرأة على التكيف مع الأدوار الحديثة التي أوجدتها لنفسها، نظراً للتطور التكنولوجي وظهور بانتشار الآلات التكنولوجية المتطورة سواء أكانت في المنزل أو في مؤسسات المجتمع المتعددة والمختلفة. لذا هل تتمكن من استغلال كل الفرص لتطوير قدراتها مع الحفاظ أدوارها التقليدية. وذلك بإدخال كل ما هو جديد في أعمالها اليومية لإنجاز أدوارها. بما يساهم في خلق الدافعية للتعلم لديها. وهو العامل الذي يدفعها للذهاب إلى قطاع التكوين المهني لتحظى بفرصة لتعلم حرفة معينة بحاجة إليها، تتلاءم مع ميولها.

L‘objectif de cette étude est de connaisse «L’impact de la formation professionnelles aux rôles traditionnels de la femme «aussi de découvrir les compétences d’adaptation de la femme avec les rôles modernes que elle été les créaient.
A la cause de la Progress technologique, et l’émergence des machines nouvelles et sophistiqués. Soit à la maisonou à déférentes infrastructures de la société.
Alors, est-ce qu’elle peut exploiter toutes ces chances pour développer et garder les mêmes rôles anciennes. Aussi d’ajouter tout ce qu‘il est nouvelle et moderne a leur pratique quotidiennement.
En accordance de ça, c’est le facteur qu’il peut créé a elle la motivation d’apprentissage et d’aller au secteur professionnelle pour acquérir et atteinte chose un métier adapter a leur besoin et nature biologique.
