|d La présente étude à pour objet de présenter une analyse spécifique sur le partenariat Algéro-Européen. Cette étude s’inscrit dans le but d’éclairer dans un contexte général, l’impact de ce partenariat sur l’économie algérienne. Dans le but d’effectuer cette analyse, nous allons recourir à la méthode analytique en utilisant des statistiques fournises par des organisations nationales et internationales. L’étude révèle l’échec de ce partenariat en termes d’équilibre de la balance commerciale et de deversification des flux d’Investissement Direct Etranger IDE. L’Algérie devrait accorder préalablement son interet avant toute relation économique bilatérale de quelque nature que se soit, aux réformes politique et économique.

|b The purpose of this study is to give specific attention to the Euro-Algerian partnership. This study aims to shed light on the impact of this partnership on trade relations with Algeria and on European Foreign Direct Investment FDI inflows into the country. In order to carry out our study, we will use a modest analytical study using figures and statistics provided by national and international organizations. The study reveals the failure of this partnership in terms of trade balance and FDI targets. Algeria should accord its importance above all foreign bilateral relations to the operation of internal political reform and economic structures.
