المستخلص: تنطلق أهمية هذه الدراسة من العناية بتلك الثروة البشرية التي هي أمل الحاضر وعدة المستقبل، فتحاول تسليط الضوء على قضية جدلية مسارة في أوساط النشر الأدبي الموجه إلى الطفل العربي، مفادها (العلاقة بين الكتاب الورقي والكتاب الرقمي لأدب الأطفال أهي علاقة تنافس أم تكامل؟). ومن خلال تلك المعالجة لهذه القضية الجدلية تحاول الدراسة الوصول إلـى كيفية استثمار المد الجارف للفتوحات التكنولوجية، وتحوير فوائدها لصالح انتشار النص الأدبي الموجه إلى الطفل عوضا عن الهواجس المتخوفة من الولوج في تلك التجربة، ومن ثم توظيف وسائل النشر-بأوعيتها الورقية أو تخزينها الإلكتروني-لكل ما من شأنه أن يساعد في إعداد جيل قادر على حمل لواء الريادة والابتكار، والمساهمة في إثراء التراث البشري وتقدم الإنسانية وازدهارها.

The importance of such a study rises from the need to take care of this dear human resource which the hopes of future lie within. And as regards there have been many efforts exerted to bring a case into view for the publishing medium directed for the Arabic youth, its general tenor states that (is the relation between textbooks and digital books competitive or integrative). And through processing that controversial case, this study aims to find a way to utilize the present technological growth for the profit of spreading the Arabic literature content subjecting the Arabic youth regardless of the premonitions standing in the way of proceeding to such a beneficial experience, and then utilize the publishing resources with all they can offer either in means of text or digital content for the mission of building a reliable strong generation capable of leading, innovating, enriching the cultural heritage and achieving growth and prosperity for the humanity. the research discusses the following regarding this issue The relation between text books and digital books and a deep investigation in understanding the core of this relation to understand whether it's competitive or integrative Facilitation for researching new innovative energies and cultivating the capabilities held within those whom are gifted with talents of innovation in this growing generation which is the fortune of this nation. Study approach: And the approach of this study is an analytical descriptive approach that counts on a logical sequencing of thoughts, as phenomena would be describes as they actually are in reality, and expressed in quantitative and qualitative means so that it would lead to conclusions that shall help in the development of the concerned reality.
