|a يتلخص البحث في معرفة معايير ضمان الجودة ومعرفة استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم والتقويم وربطها بنواتج التعلم، وتعد استراتيجيات طرق التعليم والتعلم واستراتيجيات طرق التقويم من أهم العوامل المؤثرة في نجاح البرنامج وتحقيق جودته. وفي ضوء متطلبات ضمان الجودة والاتجاهات الحديثة في التدريس والتقويم في التعليم العالي. وتعد الجودة أداة فعالة لتطبيق عملية التحسين المستمر لجميع أوجه النظام في أي منشأة، ومعرفة أدارة الجودة الشاملة وكيفية. التعامل مع المؤسسات الإنتاجية ومؤسسات التعليم لتطبيق معايير مستمرة ومتفق عليها وهدفها الإصلاح التربوي في التعليم للطالب معلم التربية الموسيقية وذلك لتحقيق أهداف المجتمع والنمو الشامل من أجل تعليم جيد. ومعرفة ماهية التقويم في نشاط النظم للمؤسسات التعليمية لضمان التحقيق من سيرها في الاتجاه الذي يحقق أهدافها ويزيد من فاعليتها وكفائتها، وانسجام تفاعلها مع البيئة الخارجية على النحو الذي يؤدى إلى تطورها واستمرارها فهو يستهدف اتخاذ قرار حول ملائمة أو صلاحية العمل التربوي. والتقويم يركز على جودة النتائج النهائية ومن هنا فإن التقويم بمختلف أنواعه شرط رئيسي لتحقيق الجودة في التعليم، من خلال معايير أو مواصفات لمدخلات العملية التعليمية وعملياتها ونواتجها والتقويم المستمر لها للتحقق من أنها تسير على وفق المواصفات المطلوبة.
