The aim of this study was to develop a rehabilitation program using therapeutic massage, thermal therapy, tension therapy and therapeutic exercises for patients with cartilage hernias in the lumbar region of the spine, muscles of the legs, back elasticity and degree of pain. The program was applied over a period of 6 weeks by 20 treatment sessions for each patient separately between February 2019 and April 2019. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the sample and in favor of the post measurement on all study variables. |
