|a يسعى البحث إلى إعطاء نموذج في معالجة إشكال ضعف تنفيذ حقوق الإنسان بطريقة فلسفية أخلاقية جديدة، فلكي نحصل على تنفيذ حقيقي للحقوق نركز على إظهار الوجبات وبيان أهميتها، ثم الإيمان بضرورة تنفيذها. ويهدف البحث إلى بيان واجبات الإنسان نحو الزمن باعتباره أنموذجا لتحقيق الحقوق وصناعة شخصية قوية عند التركيز على ثروة الوقت وأهميته؛ حيث إن الإنسان لو استنار بواجباته تجاه عمره (زمن حياته)، فسيكون مؤهلا لأن يستنير بواجباته في مجالات أخرى، ثم يحصل على حقوقه؛ لأن معرفة أهمية الوقت وتنفيذ برامج عملية في تثميره كفيلة بصناعة شخصية مستنيرة بل إن الشخصية الضعيفة والحقوق الضائعة، غالبا ما تكون نابعة من قصور الإنسان في إدراكه لواجباته نحو عمره أو ضعف التزامه بها. يشمل البحث: التعريف بالزمن وبيان أهميته، ثم استنتاج قواعد واجبات الإنسان نحو الزمن (عمره)، وما ينتج من تنفيذ هذه الوجبات وما ينتج عن إهمالها. استخدم البحث المنهج التحليلي لما ينبغي على الإنسان تجاه الزمن باستخدام الدراسات المكتبية، ومن نتائج البحث: قيمة الوقت يشكل استنارة قوية لحياة الإنسان وتميزه ومساهمة واضحة في بناء الحضارة نتيجة قيام الإنسان بواجباته تجاه الزمن (عمره)، وهي طريقة من طرق الاستنارة في معالجة تحقيق الحقوق، عن طريق البدء بممارسة الواجبات، لأنه لو قام كل فرد بواجباته لتوطدت حقوق الآخرين من تلقاء نفسها دون عناء

|b The research seeks to address the problem of weak implementation of human rights in a new moral philosophical way. In order to achieve a real implementation of rights, we focus on demonstrating the duties and showing their importance, and therefore believing in the need to implement them. The research aims at illustrating human duties towards time as a model for achieving rights and developing a strong personality when focusing on the wealth of time and its importance. If man is enlightened by his duties towards his age, he will be enlightened by his duties in other areas and thus obtain his rights. Being aware of the importance of time and implementing practical programs in investing it is able to give him an enlightened personality. Nevertheless, weak personality and lost rights, often stems from the lack of human awareness of his obligations towards his age or from weakness in committing towards these obligations. The research includes the definition of time and its importance, and deduces the rules of human duties towards time (age), and the result of implementing these duties and the result of neglecting them. The research uses an analytical approach of human duties towards time using office studies. The research found the following results: the value of time is a powerful enlightenment of human life and excellence, and contributes clearly in the construction of civilization. This happens as a result of man's implementation of his duties towards time which is a method of enlightenment in addressing the fulfillment rights by starting the exercise of duties. If each individual did his duties, the rights of others would be consolidated effortlessly.
