المستخلص: البحث يعالج إشكالية العشوائية في اتخاذ قرارات الحياة وضياع الحقوق بطريقة فلسفية جديدة، فلكي نحصل على تنفيذ حقيقي للحقوق والقوانين نركز على إظهار الواجبات الإنسانية العامة نحو المنظومة القانونية وبيان أهميتها في استقرار الحياة، ومن ثم الإيمان بضرورة تنفيذها. إذا يهدف البحث إلى بيان واجبات الإنسان تجاه المنظومة القانونية؛ حيث إن الإنسان لو نجح في الوفاء بواجباته تجاه المنظومة القانونية عامة فسيكون مؤهلا لأن يحصل على أرضية محفزة لتمثل القيم القانونية بالسلوك، لأن الكثير من الحقوق والقيم الضائعة غالبا ما تكون نابعة من قصور الإنسان في إدراكه واجباته أو ضعف التزامه بها. يشمل البحث التعريف بالمنظومة القانونية وأقسامها، ثم بيان ما لها من أهمية للإنسان، بعد ذلك استنتاج قواعد واجبات الإنسان نحو المنظومة القانونية، وما ينتج من سلبيات عند القصور في ممارستها، كمتطلب تمهيدي للحياة المنظمة مع أحداث الحياة. يستخدم البحث المنهج التحليلي لواقع تعامل الإنسان مع المنظومة القانونية، ومن نتائج هذا البحث تحقيق الحقوق، وتحقيق متطلبات اتخاذ قرارات صائبة مع مستجدات الحياة بطريقة سلسة، نتيجة قيام الإنسان بواجباته تجاه المنظومة القانونية، وهي طريقة فلسفية حديثة لمعالجة تحقيق أرضية قابلة لاستحداث قوانين جديدة مع كل حدث جديد وتطبيقها وتحقيق الحقوق، عن طريق البدء في ممارسة الواجبات، حيث إن كل فرد لو قام بواجباته لتوطدت الحقوق من لقاء نفسها دون عناء.

The research is seeking to address the problem of randomness in making life decisions and the loss of rights in a very philosophical method, in order to get areal implementation of the rights and laws we must focus on showing the general human duties towards the legal system and indicate its importance in the stability of life and then believe in the need of its implementation. Therefore, the research aims to clarify the duties of the human being towards the legal system generally he will be qualified to have the stimulating ground to represent human values by the behavior, because of the most lost rights and values usually it may be created as a result of human defect on considering his duties or his weakness in his direct obligation by it. The research is consisted of the legal systems with its sections besides their importance to the human being and then after that it was concluded to the fundamentals of the human duties towards the legal system, it also shows the negative out comes which actually caused by that defect in practicing it as a primary requirement for the organized life with its events. The research used the analytical method for the human reality to deal with the legal system, the research results based on the realization of the rights and its requirements of making the right decisions with what has been updated in our life smoothly and the result of the human fulfillments of his duties towards the legal system, its regarded as a modern philosophical method for processing of achieving new ground amenable to introduce new laws against any current event. besides its applications and rights achieving through the start in practicing the duties where as if every one does his duties, the rights will be achieved it self effortless.
