المستخلص: World war II had ended on 1945 with the Allies victory over the Axes and the rise of the united States of America and the Soviet Union as new great powers and new contradictory ideological camp, compete to gain the influential area according to their strategies as well as their political and economic interests within what is so called (The Cold war) where Germany was its important field. Basing on the political, economic and military importance of Germany, this study title is decided to be (The Internal Political Development in German, 1945-1949). The study includes four chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter studies the occupation of Germany and its divisions( 1945-1946) as it had been divided into four occupation areas:- The Soviet area and the western area ( American, British and French).It also studies the era of Hitler and the government of Karl Dontiz (May 1945- May 23rd 1945), Berlin announcements and their effects on the development of the political conditions in Germany as well as the conference of Potsdam (July 17th 1945- August 2nd 1945). It follows the Allies policy towards the occupied Germany where the provided its unconditional surrender. (The Political Development in German, 1946-1947) is the title of the second chapter which deals with removing the impacts of Nazism by establishing Nuremberg court, focusing on the most distinguish methods of combating Nazism, in each of the occupation areas, to remove it out of the German society sectors especially the Education sector. It also focuses on the German-American and British mutual understanding. The reestablishment of the German administrative units and institutes as well as establishing the consultative councils in the three Western areas had been studied in this chapter also.

In the third chapter the researcher focuses on (The reviving and division of Germany 1947-1948) exhibiting the American green light for the alliance with the west in the British and American occupation areas, the economic structure in west Germany, the parliamentary representation in the Western areas, the uniting of the Anglo-American areas (Bizonia), Truman project and its effect on Germany as well as Marshal plan in June 1947. The Soviet reaction towards this project by the establishment of the Common form and the rise of (Trizonia) had been studied in this chapter in addition to other subjects such as London conference (25th October- 15th December 1947). The chapter refers to the basic regime (the Federal states). The fourth chapter is entitled (The rise of West Germany and East Germany), the researcher threw lights on Frankfort's documents, which the military rulers had submitted to the presidents of the eleven West Germany States who had assembled in Frankfort, the assemblies of Retershtorts hotel and the decisions of Coplints, the establishment of parliament in Bone on 1/9/1948, the constitution of Western Republic of Germany , the role of the political parties in the parliamentary elections 1949, the parliamentary elections in West Germany and electing Conrad Idynawr a president for the republic. The study concludes a number of important results concerning critical subjects such as the Allies’ suggestions to deal with Germany after its defeat, the relationship between Germany and the Allies, the effect of the new conflict strategy, the critical and serious disagreement among the Allies in general and between the United States of America and the Soviet Union and the military court of Normeirch, the wide social purification that the people of Germany had passed in addition to other important issues.
