هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مفهوم سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، ونشأتها، وأهميتها، وأنماطها، وأبعادها. وتوضيح مفهوم الممارسات الديمقراطية، وأشكالها، وأسسها، ومتطلبات تفعيلها في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي. ورصد واقع سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بالكويت من وجهة نظر المديرين. ورصد واقع الممارسات الديمقراطية للمديرين في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بالكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل الممارسات الديمقراطية للمديرين لتطوير سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية للمعلمين بالمدارس الابتدائية بالكويت. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. ووظفت الاستبانة لتعرف ورصد واقع الممارسات الديمقراطية وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر الهيئة الإدارية والتدريسية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت. ومن أن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن درجة واقع سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى معلمين المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المديرين جاءت كبيرة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لإجمالي الاستبانة (4.00) بانحراف معياري (0.52). وبالنسبة لترتيب محاور الأداة الخمسة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، فقد جاء المحور الخامس السلوك الحضاري في المرتبة الأولى، بمتوسط حسابي (4.21)، وبانحراف معياري(0.70) وبدرجة توافر كبيرة جدا. تلاه في المرتبة الثانية المحور الرابع وعي الضمير، بمتوسط حسابي (3.90)، وبانحراف معياري (1.60) بدرجة توافر كبيرة جدا. بينما جاء المحور الثالث الروح الرياضية في المرتبة الثالثة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.90)، وانحراف معياري (1.60) بدرجة توافر كبيرة، ثم جاء المحور الثاني: الكياسة، بمتوسط حسابي(3.85) وانحراف معياري (0.66)، ثم جاء المحور الأول: الإيثار في المرئبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.73)، وانحراف معياري (0.66). وأن درجة واقع الممارسات الديمقراطية لدى مديري المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لإجمالي الاستبانة (3.31) بانحراف معياري (1.18). وبالنسبة لترتيب محاور الاستبانة الخمسة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، جاء المحور الأول الحرية في المرتبة الأولى، بمتوسط حسابي (3.56)، وبانحراف معياري(1.28). تلاه في المرتبة الثانية المحور الرابع المشاركة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.33)، وبانحراف معياري(1.26)، بينما جاء المحور الثاني المساواة في المرتبة الثالثة، بمتوسط حسابي(3.30)، وانحراف معياري (1.30)، ثم جاء المحور الخامس المسئولية بمتوسط حسابي (23.3)، وانحراف معياري(36.1)، ثم جاء المحور الثالث العدالة في المريبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (16.3)، وانحراف معياري (25.1). كما قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا للدراسة يفعل العلاقة بين الممارسات الديمقراطية للمديرين وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية للمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بدولة الكويت.
The study aimed to identify the concept of organizational citizenship behaviors, their origin, their importance, their patterns and their dimensions. Moreover, to clarify the concept of democratic practices, their forms, their foundations and the requirements for their activation in primary schools. Moreover, monitoring the reality of the citizenship behaviors of teachers in primary schools in Kuwait from the point of view of managers. In addition, monitoring the reality of democratic practices for principals in primary schools in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers. And to present a proposed scenario to activate the democratic practices of managers to develop the organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers in primary schools in Kuwait. The study used the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used to identify and monitor the reality of democratic practices and organizational citizenship behaviors from the point of view of the administrative and teaching staff at the primary level in Kuwait. The most important results of the study are that the degree of the reality of organizational citizenship behaviors among primary school teachers in Kuwait from the point of view of , managers is significant. The arithmetic average of the total questionnaire (00.4) is a standard deviation (52.0). As for the ranking of the five tool axes from the point of view of the sample of the study, the fifth axis was the civilizational behavior in the first place, with an arithmetic mean (21.4), with a standard deviation (70.0) and with a very high availability. Followed by the fourth level, Consciousness, with an average of (90.3) and a standard deviation (60.1) with a very high availability. While the third axis came with the mathematical spirit in the third place, with an average of (90.3) and a standard deviation (60.1) with a great availability. Then came the second axis: civility with an average of 3.85 and a standard deviation of 0.66. The last rank with an that the (0.66) arithmetic average (3.73) and a standard deviation, degree of the reality of the democratic practices of the principals of the primary stage in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers was medium, with the mean of the total questionnaire (31.3) with a standard deviation (18.1). For the ranking of the five question axes from the point of view of the sample members, the first axis came first in freedom, with an average of (56.3) and with a standard deviation (28.1). The second axis was ranked third, with an average of 30.3 and a standard deviation of 30.1. The fifth axis came with an average of (3.23), And a standard deviation (1.36), Followed by the third axis of justice in the last rank with an average (3.16), and a standard deviation (1.25). The study also presented a suggested scenario for the study that makes the relationship between the democratic practices of managers and the organizational citizenship behaviors of the teachers in primary schools in Kuwait.
