The judicial system has become a constitutional one in accordance with Article 126 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Morocco, since the provisions of the Judiciary are only applicable to the law that must be implemented by all. The problem of the administration's failure to implement the verdicts against it is a clear violation of the constitution, as the problem still exists and leaves negative effects on the rights of citizens and raises suspicion and mistrust of the legitimacy of the state of law and law.
