Thesis of the nigher and the brayer is one of important deeds of Abil Alaail Ma'ari in the art of making prose. It introduces as historic interpretation for the events of environment and time through the literary vision of Abil Alaa'. It affects the conscience of the free prisoner to enlighten that sensitive, accurate historic period and it corrects mistakes of events that are dissimilar and researchers' Mlusions. The thesis adds to what is mentioned by the historians such as narrating political events and tracing rulers and presidents as well as the bloody conflict for authority. It also shows the Halabi Social affairs from (407 A.H – 413 A.D) concentrating on its classes, social status, manufacture, professions and shops. Moreover, It pictures the human styles of individuals, groups and religion. In this dissertation, Abal Alaail Maa’ri specifies historic characters by their names and surnames as well as anything down events of time and place in terms of animals in great artistic style because of his talent for the language as a whole. Abul Alaa managed to make a conversation between animals as heroes to talk about human beings in all fields of their social life. This great deed was missed in the Arabian East. Most researchers who studies AL – Maa’ri literary heritage thought that this artistic heritage was lost, but Dr. Aisha Abdul Rahman found two scripts in the special safe of the Moroccan Kingdom approaching to the level of the original copy hereby, It enriched the Arabian Library by one of the most important measures of AL – Maa’ri which shows reality about which view points are contrasted or it hereby settled down the conflict about that period of time. The researcher has studied literary deed in accordance with social method setting off the art to the living reality to observe the effect of society and environment on forming the literary texts especially the prose.
