المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة مستوى رضا العائدين عن الخدمات المقدمة في مخيم جمعية الهلال الأحمر الأردني على الحدود الأردنية العراقية خلال حرب الخليج الثالثة. وتم جمع البيانات من قبل (112) مبحوثاً من الذكور والإناث باستخدام أدوات المقابلة والاستبانة والملاحظة بالمشاركة. واستخدمت عدة أساليب إحصائية لتحليل البيانات كالإحصاء الوصفي (التكرارات والنسب المئوية والانحرافات المعيارية)، والإحصاء التحليلي (معامل كورنوباخ ألفا وتحليل التباين الأحادي). وتم اعتماد مستوى الدلالة للنتائج عند مستوى ألفا (0.05). \\\\ وأشارت النتائج إلى أن المبحوثين كانوا راضين وبشكل ايجابي عن كافة الخدمات المقدمة إليهم أثناء وجودهم في المخيم. وبلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي للرضا عن كافة أنواع الخدمات المقدمة (3.82) على مقياس تراوحت قيمته بين (2.00 و5.00). ومع ذلك كان المبحوثون أكثر رضاً عن الخدمات المقدمة إليهم وبوسط حسابي قيمته (4.34) وأقل رضاً عن النشاطات المتوفرة وبوسط حسابي قدره (3.07). وأخيراً تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات بناءاً على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة.

Oral teaching has always been the subject of pedagogical and linguistic concerns among teachers of foreign languages. To have real pedagogical communication in the language category and above all a continuity of exchanges, it is essential that the first teaching / learning partner, namely the teacher, must seek and find an appropriate pedagogical approach for teaching taking into account the needs and expectations of the learners, since they implies their participation personally. To motivate their learners to develop their language skills, teachers must encourage them, give them the freedom to express themselves and offer them the opportunity to give their opinions with making short but effective interventions. They must make sure that the themes are meaningful and familiar to them and reflect their areas of interest. It is important to build a climate of trust and value each person's personal achievements.

This study investigates the level of returnees’ satisfaction with different services available at the camp of the Jordan Red Crescent Society during the Third Gulf War. The data were gathered from a total of 112 male and female respondents through means of an interview, a questionnaire, and a participant observation. Many statistical methods were used including quantitative statistics “frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations”, as well as qualitative statistics, including Cornobach’s Alpha and one-way ANOVA. For all analyses, the level of significance was set at an alpha level of 0.05. \\\\ The results showed that respondents were positively satisfied with all types of services provided to them while being at the camp. The mean value of respondents’ general satisfaction with all services provided by the camp was 3.82 on a scale ranging from 1.00 to 5.00. However, the respondents were most satisfied with meals provided (Mean = 4.34) and least satisfied with available activities (Mean = 3.07). Finally, many recommendations were presented upon the results of the study.
