المستخلص: The knowledge saturation that children live today as a result of their constant and long interaction with the means of communication and information is one of the most important factors that drive them to jump out of the childhood station. The rapid and progressive technological development provided children with new information and perceptions not only in their surrounding environment but also extended their perceptions to dimensions outside the environment with which they interact and contact.
The study of the cognitive development of children at the present time has become a more complex issue than limiting it to the old cognitive visions and identifying it in the form of stages that are not affected by more than the family or school environment. Communication technology opened the doors of knowledge and discovery wide, becoming a very effective indicator to influence the process of cognitive development of the child in our time.
In this study, we will examine the impact of the development of communication and information technology on the cognitive development of the child, and how modern cognitive studies that focus on the growth of intelligence and other higher mental abilities have proved that communication technology plays a fundamental role in changing the child's cognitive structures and is an important source of achieving Knowledge assets outpaced the cognitive growth path recognized in ancient theories.

La saturation cognitive vécue par les enfants d’aujourd'hui en raison de leurs relations continuelles avec les moyens technologiques de communication et d'information est l'une des facteurs les plus importants qui les amènent à sauter hors de la période d’enfance. Le développement technologique rapide et successif donne des nouvelles informations et perceptions pour les enfants qui ne se sentent pas dans leur environnement, mais ces perceptions s’étendent pour inclure des dimensions au-delà de l'environnement dans lequel ils sont confrontés. L'ét ude du développement cognitif de l'enfant actuellement est devenue plus compliquée que l’enfermée dans des anciennes visions cognitives, et leur limitée dans un contexe des étapes qui ne sont pas affectées par plus que l'environnement famillial ou scolaire. La technologie de la communication et d'information ouvre des portes de la connaissance, ce qui rend l'indice très influent dans le processus du développement cognitif de l'enfant actuellement. Dans cette étude, on remarque l’effet de la technologie de l'information et de la communication sur le développement cognitif de l'enfant , et comment les nouvelles études intéressées par le développement de l'intelligence et d'autres capacités suprêmes démontrent que la technologie de la communication joue un rôle clé dans l'évolution des structures de la connaissance de l'enfant , et elle est une source importante de réaliser des gains de connaissances dépassent le développement de cognitive connu dans les anciennes theories.

أن التشبع المعرفي الذي يعيشه الأطفال اليوم نتيجة لتعاملهم الدائم والطويل مع وسائل الاتصال والمعلوماتية يعد أحد أهم العوامل التي تدفعهم إلى القفز خارج محطة الطفولة، كما أن التطور التكنولوجي السريع والمتلاحق وفر للأطفال معلومات ومدركات جديدة ليس في بيئتهم المحيطة فحسب، وإنما امتدت مدركاتهم لتشمل أبعادا خارج البيئة التي يتعاملون معها ويحتكون بها.
إن دراسة النمو المعرفي للطفل في وقتنا الراهن أصبحت مسألة أكثر تعقيدا من حصرها ضمن الرؤى المعرفية القديمة، وتحديدها في قالب من المراحل التي لا تتأثر بأكثر من المحيط الأسري أو المدرسي، فتكنولوجيا الاتصال فتحت لهم أبواب المعرفة والاكتشاف على مصراعيها، فأصبحت مؤشر بالغ التأثير في سيرورة النمو المعرفي للطفل في وقتنا الحالي.
وفي دراستنا هذه سنتعرض إلى تأثير تطور تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات على النمو المعرفي للطفل، وكيف أن الدراسات المعرفية الحديثة التي تهتم بنمو الذكاء وباقي القدرات العقلية العليا أثبتت أن لتكنولوجيا الاتصال دور أساسي في تغيير الأبنية المعرفية للطفل، وأنها مصدر هام لتحقيق مكتسبات معرفية تفوق مسار النمو المعرفي المتعارف عليه في النظريات القديمة.
