|f Today, organizations, in accordance with their strategic direction, seek to create a high level of adaptation to changes in their environment. Because of the organization's interaction with the movement of variables, it creates for itself a new behavior commensurate with its new reality, based on the importance of strategic alignment and its relationship to the adoption of information technology by the organization. This article aims to build a reliable theoretical model when assessing the impact of IT on organizational performance by examining the compatibility of the overall organizational strategy with the organization's e-business strategy. This model was designed to address the shortcomings observed in the studies on the concept of strategic alignment of information technology, to familiarize all organizational, technological, and individual factors to be taken into account in the evaluation process, and we have relied on several theoretical approaches and models.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تسعى المؤسسات اليوم وفق توجهها الاستراتيجي لخلق مواءمة عالية مع التغيرات في بيئتها. لأنه بتفاعل المنظمة مع حركة المتغيرات تخلق لنفسها سلوكاً جديداً يتناسب مع واقعها الجديد، وانطلاقاً من أهمية المواءمة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بتبني المؤسسة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات. يهدف هذا المقال إلى بناء نموذج نظري يمكن الاعتماد عليه عند تقييم أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على أداء المنظمة من خلال فحص مدى توافق الاستراتيجية التنظيمية العامة مع استراتيجية إدارة الأعمال الإلكترونية للمنظمة. وقد جاء هذا النموذج لتدارك النقائص الملحوظة في الدراسات الخاصة بمفهوم المواءمة الاستراتيجية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، بغرض الإلمام بجميع العوامل التنظيمية، والتكنولوجية، والفردية؛ الواجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار عند عملية التقييم، وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على عدة مقاربات ونماذج نظرية.
