المستخلص: Algeria has enormous natural and historical energies and is characterized by a unique ecological diversity that combines the desert, the sea, and forests. Despite the Government's plans to transform the tourism sector into a resource equivalent to the fuel sector trade and major economic industry, but security conditions and often mismanagement have made Algeria a seasonal-waterfront tourism region aware of the secrets of the stronghold of history and heritage, civilization, beauty and the heritage of the ancient city's treasures, which reflects fingers of architecture and marvelous design over time. The lack of care and restoration and the lack of attention by the authorities concerned with the importance of this urban wealth for the continuity of generations and for the promotion of tourism have made it a mere decoration that is threatened with extinction, packed with social aberration.

L’Algérie possède un énorme potentiel naturel et historique. Elle a une diversité écologique unique qui rassemble le littoral, le domaine forestier et le Sahara. Malgré les programmes développés par le gouvernement pour faire du secteur touristique une ressource économique principale et parallèle à celle des hydrocarbures, les conditions sécuritaires ainsi que sa mauvaise gestion ont fait de l’Algérie un territoire touristique saisonnier, basé uniquement sur la façade maritime. En dehors de celle-ci, le visiteur d’Annaba pourrait sans doute percevoir la beauté de ce lieu d’histoire et de civilisation ; ce trésor : c’est la vieille ville. Malheureusement, ce patrimoine reste envahi par les maux sociaux puisque les autorités locales ne s’activent nullement pour sa rénovation.

تمتلك الجزائر طاقات طبيعية وتاريخية هائلة، وتتميز بتنوع بيئي فريد من نوعه يجمع بين الصحراء، البحر والغابات. ورغم المخططات التي رسمتها الحكومة لتحويل قطاع السياحة إلى مورد يوازي تجارة قطاع المحروقات، وصناعة اقتصادية رئيسية إلا أن الظروف الأمنية وسوء التسيير في كثير من الأحيان جعل من الجزائر إقليماً للسياحة الموسمية المرتكزة على الواجهات البحرية يدرك أسرار معقل التاريخ والتراث والحضارة والجمال وعراقة كنوز المدينة القديمة التي تتجسد فيها أنامل التشييد والتصميم البديع عبر الأزمان. إن قلة العناية والترميم وعدم اهتمام السلطات المعنية بأهمية هذه الثروة العمرانية في تواصل الأجيال وتدعيم السياحة جعل منها مجرد ديكور مهدد بالاندثار مكتظ بالانحرافات الاجتماعية.
