المستخلص: This article aims to approach the concept of social change in general and, on the other hand, to link this concept to the variable of information and communication technologies to analyze the extent of their impact on the process of social changes. Through the modern sociological research portal known as the Sociology of Uses Approach, the latter, which represents the duality of “social change and the use of information and communication technologies” for them, is one of the most important sociological assumptions on which it is based.

Cet article vise à approcher le concept du changement social d’un part et de l’autre, il sert à le relier avec le variable des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) pour analyser son impact sur le processus des changements sociaux. Selon la nouvelle approche sociologique: la sociologie des usages, cette dernière qui considère le binaire changement social et l’usage des TIC, l’une de ses principaux hypothèses épistémologiques.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى مقاربة مفهوم التغير الاجتماعي عامة من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى ربط هذا المفهوم بمتغير تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال لتحليل مدى أثرها في سيرورة عملية التغيرات الاجتماعية. من خلال المدخل البحثي السوسيولوجي الحديث المعروف بـ: مقاربة سوسيولوجيا الاستخدامات، هذه الأخيرة التي تمثل ثنائية "التغيير الاجتماعي واستخدام تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال" بالنسبة إليها من أهم الفروض الابستيمولوجية التي تقوم عليها.
