المستخلص: Through significant tracking of monitoring the changes in values a cultural conflict, a behavioral crisis, and a breach of values of community building may be observed. These various paradoxes, tensions and shifts at the level of value and community building are determined through indicators within the societal context, in terms of changing status and multiplicity of centralization, and new behavioral patterns that have penetrated some of the constructive societal norms of the pattern value. As well as the social vacuum in terms of weak relations and the decline of the communication method and cohesion as a value. Mobility, vulnerability and interaction also confirm the imperative of integrating many systematic structures with new side effects within the axis of the social context. Through a socio-cultural approach and a valuable communicative media approach, the structure and transformations of society are determined in the light of the expansion of the media and communication space.

من خلال تتبع مدلول رصد التحولات القيمية قد يلاحظ تناقض وصراع ثقافي وأزمة سلوك واختراق قيمي للبناء المجتمعي، ومختلف هذه المفارقات والتوترات والتحولات على مستوى النسق القيمي والبناء المجتمعي، تحدد من خلال مؤشرات داخل السياق المجتمعي من حيث تغير المكانة وتعدد المركزية، والأنماط السلوكية المستحدثة التي اخترقت بعض المعايير المجتمعية البنائية للنسق القيمي، وكذلك الفراغ الاجتماعي من حيث ضعف العلاقات وتراجع أسلوب الاتصال والتماسك كقيمة، كما يؤكد الحراك وسرعة التأثر والتفاعل حتمية اندماج العديد من الأبنية النسقية بمؤثرات جانبية مستحدثة داخل محور السياق الاجتماعي، ومن خلال مقاربة سوسيوقيمية ثقافية ومقاربة إعلامية اتصالية قيمية، تتحدد بنية المجتمع وتحولاته في ظل اتساع الفضاء الإعلامي والاتصالي.
