المستخلص: يعد استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال الحديثة في الجامعة الجزائرية من القضايا الراهنة الهامة والمطروقة على الساحة البحثية، من منظور مختلف التخصصات العلمية الجامعية لعلاقته بالأداء التدريسي من جهة، ولكونه مؤشرا هاما على جودة هذا الأداء ومساهمته في تطوير الجامعة الجزائرية لاسيما ما يتعلق منها بالطالب الجامعي من جهة ثانية. من هذه الزاوية أتت هذه الورقة البحثية لتدرس واقع استخدامات الأساتذة الجامعيين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ولاتصال الحديثة، والإشباعات المحققة لاسيما على مستوى البحث العلمي للأستاذ الجامعي وتطوير قدراته المعرفية والاطلاع على ما هو جديد خاصة في تخصص العلوم الإنسانية؛ بالإضافة إلى رصد أهم الصعوبات التي تصادف الأستاذ الجامعي والاقتراحات التي يراها مناسبة من أجل تذليل تلك الصعوبات وتحسين الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الحديثة بهدف الحصول على أفضل النتائج البحثية والتدريسية. وذلك كله من زاوية تخصص الإعلام والاتصال الذي يعنى بمثل هذه الإشكاليات البحثية الهامة.

L’utilisation de la technologie de l’information et de la communication moderne dans les universités algérienne est considérée comme l’un des sujets actuellement importants dont elle est utilisés dans le domaine de la recherche et dans les différentes spécialités scientifiques universitaire, d’un côté, vu sa relation avec la performance pédagogique, et d’un autre côté, il est considéré comme un bon indice de la qualité de la diteperformance et de son rôle dans le développement de l’université algérienne, notamment concernant l’étudiant universitaire.
la présente recherche étude la réalité de l’utilisation des enseignants universitaires
de la technologie de l’information, de la communication moderne, et de la gratification
attentes notamment au niveau de la recherche scientifique de l’enseignant universitaire
et le développement de ses capacités de savoir et l’apprentissage de tout ce qui est
nouveau notamment dans la spécialité des sciences humaines, en plus, de chercher les
difficultés qui affrontent l’enseignant universitaire, et donner les suggestions qu’il trouve
appropriés afin de surmonter lesdites difficultés et améliorer leur utilisation dans la technologie moderne dans le but d’avoir le meilleur résultat de recherche et d’enseignement, et ce par la spécialité de l’information et de la communication qui prend en considération ces importantes problématiques de recherche.

The use of modern information and communication technologies at the Algerian University is one of the important current issues in the research arena, from the perspective of various scientific disciplines in relation to teaching performance on the one hand, and because it is an important indicator of the quality of this performance and its contribution to the development of the Algerian University, especially those related to university students on the other hand. From this point of view, this research paper aims to examine the reality of the use of information technology and modern communication by university professors, and the realized radiations, especially at the level scientific research level of the university professor and the development of his cognitive abilities and to learn about what is new, especially in the humanities. The study also seeks to monitor the most important difficulties encountered by the university professor and the suggestions he deems appropriate in order to overcome these difficulties and improve the use of modern technology to obtain the best research and teaching results. This is all in terms of media and communication specialization, which deals with such important research problems.
