المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة وعلاقتها بالتميز الإداري لدي قادة مدارس منطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (341) معلما من منطقة الباحة التعليمية يمثلون نسبة (10.6 %) من المجتمع الكلي للدراسة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة مكونة من محورين؛ المحور الأول: متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ويضم (38) فقرة. والمحور الثاني: التميز الإداري، ويضم (30) فقرة؛ وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا والتحقق من دلالات صدق وثبات الاستبانة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة لقادة مدارس منطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت بدرجة توفر متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لمتطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة (2.3)، وأن درجة تحقيق قادة مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الباحة للتميز الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة تحقق كبيرة، ومتوسط حسابي (3.46)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) بين درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ومعايير التميز الإداري في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية (0.89). وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على رفع درجة توفر متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في مجال الدعم المجتمعي للمدرسة وذلك عن طريق وضع خطط استراتيجية تضمن مشاركة المجتمع المحلي في دعم العملية التعليمية والتربوية.

The aim of the study was to reveal the degree to which the requirements of TQM and its relation to the administrative excellence of the leaders of Al Baha schools from the point of view of the teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The basic study sample consisted of (341) teachers from Al-Baha Educational Region representing 10.6% of the total population of the study. The study tool consisted of two-axis questionnaire. Which includes (38) paragraphs. And the second axis: administrative excellence, consisting of (30) paragraph; the data were processed statistically and verified the implications of the validity and stability of the questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of the total quality management requirements for the leaders of Al Baha schools from the point of view of the teachers was at an average level. The average of the total quality management requirements was 3.2, and the degree of achievement of the leaders of general education schools in Al Baha The teachers' point of view came a big check degree, and arithmetic average (3.46), and the existence of a relationship strong positive correlation statistically significant at the significance level (0.01) between the degree of availability of comprehensive quality management requirements, and administrative excellence in all areas of the total score (0.89). In light of these results, the study recommended working towards increasing the availability of total quality requirements in the field of community support for the school through the development of strategic plans to ensure the participation of the community in supporting the educational and educational process.
