|a * الكفاءة في الزواج يقصد بها بها المساواة أو المقاربة بين الزوجين في أمور مخصوصة كالدين والمال، والسن، والشهادة العلمية، وغيرها من الأوصاف المتبادلة بين الطرفين. \n* تعتبر الكفاءة في الزواج من أسباب استقرار الأسرة واستمرارها.\n* تعتبر الكفاءة في الزواج من حقوق المرأة وأوليائها، فللطرفين مراعاتها أو التنازل عنها.\n* عدم تطرق قانون الأسرة الجزائري لمبدا الكفاءة في الزواج، وكان الأولى التطرق لها لأهميتها.\n

|d *La compétence en mariage veut dire légalité et l'àpproche entre les deux conjoints dans des choses bien particuliéres comme: la religion, le fonds, l' âge, le diplôme...et tout ce qui se rapporte aux qualités morales et physiques qui peuvent exister chez l'un des deux uniqument ou chez les deux parties.\n* La compétence en mariage est la cause qui permet a'la fauille de vivre la stabilité et la continuité.\n* La- compétence en mariage est un doit pour la famme et ses parents, ils peuvent le considérer comme ils peuvent le céder.\n*Le législateur algerien n'apas cité la condition de la compétence dans le code de la famille.\nIl a été préférable que le législateur cite la dite condition et la met en valeur parce que c'est trés important dans vie conjugale.\n
