|f The phenomenon of crimes within the family is one of the most common negative outcomes in different societies, threatening the family entity and social security.\nFamily crime has in the recent past become widespread, sometimes due to poverty, unemployment, ignorance, lack of dialogue within the family, drugs and violence, etc. Violence may be physical, psychological or even sexual.\nIn society, the family has been subjected to several changing economic and social factors that have affected various aspects of life, which have had an impact on the commission of crimes within the family, and this was reflected on the social values ceiling. \nOffences within the family take different forms, which may be directed against children, assets, or between spouses. |a تعتبر ظاهرة الجرائم داخل الأسرة احدى المخرجات السلبية الأكثر انتشارا في المجتمعات المختلفة، إذ تهدد الكيان الأسري والأمن الاجتماعي.\nولقد انتشرت مؤخرا الجرائم الأسرية، ويعزى ذلك إلى الفقر أحيانا، البطالة، الجهل، انعدام الحوار داخل الأسرة، المخدرات والعنف وغيرها، وقد يكون العنف جسديا أو نفسيا أو حتى جنسيا.\nولقد خضعت الأسرة في المجتمع لعدة عوامل اقتصادية، اجتماعية متغيرة أثرت في مختلف جوانب الحياة، والتي كان لها تأثير على ارتكاب الجرائم داخل الأسرة بما انعكس على سق القيم الاجتماعية.\nوتأخذ الجرائم داخل الأسرة أشكالا مختلفة، فقد تكون هذه الجرائم موجهة ضد الأطفال أو ضد الأصول، أو بين الزوجين، فأوجب المشرع حماية للأسرة والآداب العامة نظراً للعلاقة الوطيدة بينهما، وحرصاً منه على أهمية كيان الأسرة من التفكك.
