هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على درجة توكيد الذات لدى طالبات جامعة الباحثة، والكشف عن الفروق في توكيد الذات لدى عينة الدراسة والتي تعزى إلى مركز الضبط والتخصص الدراسي والتقدير والمستوى الدراسي، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٧٨٨) طالبة من طالبات جامعة الباحثة، وتم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس توكيد الذات إعداد راتوس، وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن درجة توكيد الذات لدى الطالبات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في توكيد الذات وأبعاده تعزى إلى (مركز الضبط، التخصص الدراسي، والمستوى الدراسي، والتقدير) وأن درجة توكيد الذات أعلى لدى الطالبات ذوات الضبط الداخلي، وطالبات التخصص العلمي، وطالبات المستوى الأعلى، وطالبات التقدير الأعلى مقارنة بغيرهن من الطالبات، كما دلت النتائج على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة أقل من (0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات التوكيدية في المعاملات التجارية، التذمر للتخلص من الظلم، التعبير عن الذات دون حساسية، المجادلة أو المناقشة العامة، التوكيدية في التلقائية، الطلاقة اللفظية، الدرجة الكلية لتوكيد الذات حسب التخصص والفروض في اتجاه الطالبات ذوات التخصص العلمي في جميع الأبعاد؛ فيما عدا التذمر للتخلص من الظلم كان في اتجاه التخصص النظري، وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة إعداد برامج إرشادية لتنمية توكيد الذات لدى الطالبات، وإجراء ندوات للتوعية بالتأثير الإيجابي لتوكيد الذات، وكذلك عمل دورات إرشادية لتدريب الطالبات على تعزيز توكيد الذات لديهن.
The study aimed at revealing the degree of self-affirmation among the students of Al-Baha University, And the detection of differences in self- assertion in the study sample Which is attributed to the center of control and specialization of study and assessment and the level of study, The researcher used descriptive descriptive approach, The study sample consisted of (788) female students from Al-Baha University, They were randomly selected, The researcher used a measure of self- assertion in the preparation of Ratus, The study resulted in several results, the most important of which are: That the degree of self- assurance of students came to a medium degree, And the presence of statistically significant differences in self-assertion and its dimensions are attributed to (center of discipline, specialization, level of education, and assessment) And that the degree of self- assurance is higher among students with internal control, Students of scientific specialization, top- level students, and students of higher appreciation compared to other female students, The results showed that there were significant differences at a level of significance less than (0.05) Between the arithmetical averages of the assertions in business transactions, Grumbling to get rid of injustice, self-expression without sensitivity, arguing or general discussion, assertive in automatic, verbal fluency, The degree of self- assertion by specialization and the difference in the direction of female students with scientific specialization in all dimensions, Except for the discontent to get rid of injustice was in the direction of theoretical specialization, The researcher recommended the need to prepare guidance programs for the development of self- assurance among students, And conducting seminars to raise awareness of the positive impact of self- assertion, As well as the provision of training courses to train students to strengthen their self-esteem.
