وقف الباحث على اختلاف العلماء الأجلاء في تحسين وتضعيف حديث: "من باع دارا ولم جعل ثمنها في مثلها، لم يبارك له فيها"، فتتبع طرقه وشواهده في هذا البحث، وأسماه: الاختيار في بيان حكم حديث النهي عن بيع العقار. فترجح للباحث بعد التتبع والاستقراء في الطرق السابقة أنها لا تشد بعضها بعضا مع كثرتها لشدة ضعف أفرادها، فقد ورد من حديث حذيفة رضي الله عنه وأبي عبيدة بن خارجة، وسعيد بن حريث رضي الله عنه وسعيد بن زيد رضي الله عنه وعمرو بن حريث رضي الله عنه وعمران بن حصين رضي الله عنه، ومعقل بن يسار رضي الله عنه وأبي ذر رضي الله عنه وأبي أمامة رضي الله عنه، وأمثل هذه الطرق حديث حذيفة رضي الله عنه - من طريق يزيد أبي خالد -وقد اختلف فيه مرتين: مرة في راويه يزيد - هل هو الدالاني أم غيره؟ - والراجح أنه غيره، وهو مجهول، ومرة ثانية في رفعه ووقفه، والوقف أرجح. وقد حكم بضعف هذا الحديث، كل من محمد بن طاهر المعروف بابن القيسراني، والمناوي، والشيخ شعيب الأرناؤوط، وحسين سليم أسد، والشيخ: محمد بن صالح العثيمين.
The researcher checked the differences between the scientists’ views in the perfection and sapping process about Hadith “Whoever sells a house and does not use the money for something similar, will not to be blessed therein”. The researcher provided the evidences in this research by following of the observations and corroborating reports. It has been proved for the researcher from the previous methods, does not support each other however of their great number as it came in Hadith of Hudhayfah Allah bless him, Abee Upiedah Bin Kharijah, Saeed Bin hurayth Allah bless him, Saeed Bin Zaid Allah bless him, Amr bin hurayth Allah bless him, Imran bin Hussien Allah bless him, Megahal Bin Yasar Allah bless him, Abi Dzar Allah bless him, and Abi Emamah Allah bless him. The best of these methods is the Hadith of hudhayfah Allah bless him presented by Yazeed Abi Khalid, which opposed on it two times, the first in Yazeed method, Is he Aldalani or another one? And its approved he is another, and he is unknown. The second it is said by prophet Mohammed peace be upon him, or it is said by one of the Companions and this the most considerable. Those who said and decided the weakness of this Hadith are: Mohamed Taher, known as Ibn alkisrani, Almenyawi, Shaykh Shu'aib Al-arna'oot, Hussain Saleem Asad, and Shaykh: Mohamed Ibn saalih Othiemeen. Those who said this Hadith is good are: Al-baghawi, Alskhaoi, Al-Suyuti, Sheikh Ali and Sheikh Mohamed Naser Aldeen Albani.
