|a تتناول الدراسة موضوع المرجحات الخارجية بين الأخبار المتعارضة صورة لا حقيقة، وذلك لأهمية إفرادها بالبحث من حيث التأصيل أولا، ومردفه إياه بمبحث لبيان أثر القول بتلك المرجحات على الأحكام الفقهية العملية ثانيا. كما أفردت الدراسة مبحثا تناولت فيه المرجحات التي تناولها بعض الأصوليين على أنها من المرجحات الخارجية؛ وتبين بعد النظر والتدقيق أنها إما مرجحات من قبيل السند أو المتن أو المدلول ابتداء، وأن منها ما الأرجح اعتباره من أي منها وليس من مرجحات الأمر الخارجي.

|b The study deals with the issue of external correlations between the conflicting news, a picture not a fact, because of the importance of the individual research in terms of rooting first, and a study to explain the impact of the statement of those implications on the jurisprudence practical second. The study also devoted a section dealing with one of the hypotheses addressed by some fundamentalists as external factors. After looking and checking, they show that they are either likely, such as the bond, the beginning or the beginning, and that most of them are likely to be considered as none of them.
