هذا البحث عبارة عن تحقيق لرسالة فقهية في عدم جواز رفع اليدين عند الركوع وعند رفع الرأس منه عند أبي حنيفة وأصحابه، لأكمل الدين محمد بن محمود البابرتي الحنفي (ت٧٨٦ه). وقد تناول المصنف في هذه الرسالة مسألة رفع اليدين عند الركوع وعند الرفع منه، فذكر رأي أبي حنيفة وأصحابه في هذه المسألة وذكر أدلتهم، ثم ذكر رأي من خالفهم في ذلك، وأدلتهم والجواب عنها، تم ختم الرسالة بالرأي الراجح في المسألة. وقد امتازت هذه الرسالة بأسلوب فقهي علمي رصين واضح لا تعقيد فيه، ولا إطالة. وقد حققت الرسالة معتمدا على نسختين نفيستين إحداهما بخط المصنف، والأخرى كتبت في حياته ومنقولة من نسخته ومقابلة عليها، وقد ابتدأت التحقيق بتمهيد تناولت فيه ترجمة المصنف البابرتي، تم ذكرت نسبة الرسالة للمصنف، ومنهجه فيها، ومكانة الرسالة وأهميتها، ثم وصفت النسختين المخطوطتين. وأخيرا كتب النص المحقق وخدمته بضبطه، وشرح مصطلحاته، وتوثيق مسائله الفقهية، وقمت بتخريج الأحاديث الواردة في صلب الرسالة.
This research is a verification of a jurisprudence research in the prohibition of raising hands at kneeling and at raising the head from kneeling according to the doctrine of Abu-Hanifa and his fellows for Akmal El-Deen Mohamed bin Mahmoud Al-Babrti Al-Hanafi (B. 786 AH). In this research, the sorter has investigated the issue of raising the hand at kneeling and at raising head from kneeing through mentioning the opinion of Abu-Hanifa and his fellows in this matter in addition to mentioning their opinions then mentioning the opinion of their opponents on this issue, their evidences and the response to these evidences. Finally, the research has concluded with the commonest opinion in this issue. This research is attributed to the usage of a thoughtful and clear jurisprudence scientific opinion without any complication or prolongation. I have verified the research, depending on two priceless copies one of which is the handwriting of sorter and the other copy has been written in his life and it was copied and verified from his copy. I have started the investigation with a preamble including the translation of the author Al-Babrti and then I have mentioned the relation of the research to the sorter, his method on it, and the significance and the importance of this research. Then I then prescribed the two handwritten copies. Finally, I have written the verified text and I have apprehended it, illustrated its terms, documented its jurisprudence issues and extracted the Prophet's Sayings mentioned in the essence of the research.
