المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأسرة في تنمية ثقافة التسامح لدى طفل الروضة في مدينة الرياض، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر المتغيرات (سن الوالدين، المستوى التعليمي للوالدين، المستوى الاقتصادي للأسرة) على دور الوالدين في تنمية ثقافة التسامح لدى طفلهم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة مكونة من (25) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: دور الأسرة في تنمية ثقافة التنوع والاختلاف بين الآخرين عند طفل الروضة، ودور الأسرة في مساعدة الطفل على ضبط انفعالاته وتجنيبه الغضب، ودور الأسرة في تعويد الطفل على تفهم أخطاء الآخرين ومسامحتهم. وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (171) أم لأطفال الروضات الحكومية في وسط مدينة الرياض، في الفصل الدراسي الأول لعام 2017/ 2018م. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلي: كانت تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور الأسرة في تنمية ثقافة التسامح لدى طفل الروضة في مدينة الرياض عالية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور الأسرة في تنمية ثقافة التسامح لدى طفل الروضة تعود لاختلاف أعمار عينة الدراسة. وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور الأسرة في تنمية ثقافة التسامح لدى طفل الروضة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، ومتغير مستوى دخل الأسرة، ودلك لصالح الأفراد الحاصلين على مستوى تعليمي (جامعي فأعلى)، ولصالح أفراد العينة ذوي الدخل (أكثر من 10000ريال).

The study aimed at identifying the role of the family in developing a culture of tolerance among kindergarten children in Riyadh city, as well as revealing the effect of variables (parents 'age, parents' level of education, economic level of the family) on the role of parents in developing their child's culture of tolerance. The study used a descriptive approach. The study used a questionnaire consisting of (25) paragraphs divided into three areas: the role of the family in developing a culture of diversity and difference between the kindergarten children and the role of the family in helping the child to control his emotions and avoid anger. Understand the mistakes and forgiveness of others. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (171) mothers of children of government kindergartens in the center of Riyadh city in the first semester of 2017/2018. The results of the study showed that: The estimates of the sample of the study of the role of the family in developing the culture of tolerance of kindergarten child in Riyadh city is high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study on the role of the family in developing the culture of tolerance among kindergarten children due to different age of study sample. In addition, there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study on the role of the family in developing the culture of tolerance of the kindergarten child due to the variable of the educational level and the variable level of household income for the benefit of individuals with a level of education (university and higher) 10000 riyals.
