المستخلص: يتناول هذا العمل تحليل تطور مختلف أشكال التقسيم الترابي ومستويات التنظيم للمجالات الفلاحية المروية بإقليم الوطن القبلي، وذلك منذ بداية النصف الثاني للقرن العشرين. تهتم المقاربة المقدمة بثلاثة مراحل كبرى من أشكال تطور التقسيم الترابي. في مرحلة أولى تهتم بوصف المزدرعات التي مثلت مكونا هيكليا لأشكال التنطيق المحلي داخل المجالات الفلاحية والتي تميزت بتشتتها وبضعف درجات امتدادها وبمحدودية تخصصها الزراعي. تدرس في مرحلة ثانية أحواض الإنتاج الفلاحي التي مثلت مشروع إعادة بناء حديث تجسدت عبره عمليات التوسع التي شهدتها المناطق السقوية وذلك من خلال إرساء منظومة علاقات تجمع بين قطاعات عدة وهو ما يدل على أن نشأة هذه الوحدات الجديدة تترجم في النهاية حالة الانتقال من نظام المزدرعات باتجاه المناطق السقوية، ثم بعد ذلك باتجاه أحواض الإنتاج. في مرحلة أخيرة يتم التوقف عند التوجهات الجديدة للتقسيم الترابي الفلاحي التي تعتمد أساسا على مفهوم التراب، والذي بدا متطابقا مع وسائل التحليل التي تهتم بوصف العلاقات البينية التي يمكن أن توجد بين حوض الإنتاج والمجالات التي يشملها، وذلك بما يعني تناول مجموع الروابط التي توجد بين مجتمع ما وحدته الترابية.

This work analyses the evolution of the different forms of territorial divisions and the levels of organization of irrigated agricultural spaces in the Cap Bon area since the beginning of the second half of the twentieth century. The paper is organized according to three different phases. The first phase describes the lands which remain a structuring component of the local zoning of agricultural space. They’re very often dispersed, weakly spread and little specialized. The second phase purports to the production areas which have been the object of recent reorganizations and which are manifested in the appearance of irrigated perimeters and in a new system of inter ¬sectorial relationship. The formation of these new units translates the transition of traditional lands towards irrigated perimeters in the first place, then towards production areas. In the third phase, I will try to analyze the new trends and orientations of territorial division based on the notion of territory which seems to be adapted as an analysis tool to describe the inter-relations which can exist between a production area and the spaces it covers in the sense that it handles all the existing links between a society and its territorial entity.

Ce travail analyse l’évolution des différentes formes de découpages territoriaux et les niveaux d’organisation des espaces agricoles irrigués dans la région du Cap-Bon depuis le début de la deuxième moitié du vingtième siècle. Le papier s’organise en trois temps. Il décrit d’abord les terroirs qui demeurent une composante structurante du zonage local de l’espace agricole et qui sont le plus souvent dispersés, faiblement étendus et peu spécialisés. Le deuxième volet s’attache aux bassins de production qui sont l’objet de recompositions récentes et qui se manifestent par l’émergence des périmètres irrigués et dans un nouveau système de relation intersectorielle. La formation de ces nouvelles unités traduit une transition des terroirs vers les périmètres irrigués, en premier lieu, puis vers les bassins de production, en deuxième lieu. En dernier ressort, seront analysées les nouvelles tendances du découpage territorial en se basant sur la notion de territoire qui apparait adaptée comme outil d’analyse, pour décrire les interrelations pouvant exister entre un bassin de production et les espaces qu’il recouvre, dans le sens ou elle aborde l’ensemble des liens existant entre une société et son entité territoriale.
