المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي معرفة فاعلية برنامج مقترح لتنمية مهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي لدى معلمي علم النفس وأثر ذلك علي تنمية التفكير المنظومي لدي طلابهم، لذلك تم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة أداء معلمي علم النفس علي مهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي وتطبيقها قبل وبعد تنفيذ البرنامج علي معلمي علم النفس، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن قيمة "z" دالة عند مستوى 0.05 لأبعاد بطاقة الملاحظة ككل وفي مهارات التخطيط وتنفيذ التدريس الاستراتيجي في تدريس علم النفس كلا علي حدة، مما يدل على وجود فروق جوهرية بين رتب متوسط درجات مجموعة الدراسة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي وذلك لصالح متوسطات رتب درجات مجموعة الدراسة في التطبيق البعدي، وأظهرت النتائج أن حجم الأثر للبرنامج في مهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي ككل وأبعاده كان كبير وذلك يؤكد الأثر الكبير للبرنامج في مهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي.
ولمعرفة أثر استخدام معلمي علم النفس لمهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي علي تنمية التفكير المنظومي لدي طلابهم، قام الباحث بإعداد اختبار التفكير المنظومي وتطبيقه على الطلاب دارسي علم النفس قبل التدريس الاستراتيجي لهم وبعده، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التفكير المنظومي حيث بلغت قيمة "ت" المحسوبة (11.23) وهي دالة عند مستوى 0.01 لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وهذا يدل على أن تنمية مهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي لدي المعلمين أدى إلى تنمية التفكير المنظومي لدي طلابهم، كذلك بلغت نسبة الكسب المعدل لمجموعة الدراسة (1.53) وهذا يشير إلي مستوى كبير من الفاعلية، وكان حجم الأثر كبير، مما يدل علي أهمية استخدام المعلمين لمهارات التدريس الاستراتيجي في تنمية التفكير المنظومي.


The current study aimed to find out the effectiveness of a proposed program for developing strategic teaching skills among psychology teachers and its impact on the development of systemic thinking among their students. Therefore, a performance note card of psychology on strategic teaching skills was prepared and applied before and after implementing the program on psychology teachers. The study found that the value of "z" is significant at the level of 0.05 for the dimensions of the notecard as a whole and in the skills of planning and implementing strategic teaching in teaching psychology separately, which indicates the existence of fundamental differences between the average grades of the study group's scores in the pre and post applications in favour of the averages of the study group's score ranks in the post-application. The results showed that the size of the impact of the program on strategic teaching skills as a whole, and its dimensions were large, which confirms the significant impact of the program on strategic teaching skills.
In order to find out the effect of psychology teachers' use of strategic teaching skills on the development of systemic thinking among their students. The researcher prepared a systemic thinking test and applied it to students studying psychology before and after strategic teaching for them. The results found a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students in the pre and post applications to test systemic thinking, where the calculated value of "T" reached (11.23), which is significant at the level of 0.01 in favour of the post-application. This indicates that the development of strategic teaching skills among teachers led to the development of systemic thinking among their students, as well as the rate of gain for the study group reached (1.53), and this indicates a large level of effectiveness, and the size of the impact was large, which indicates the importance of teachers' use of strategic teaching skills in developing systemic thinking.
