|a تحددت أهمية الدراسة من خلال الأهمية التي تمثلها مواد الرأي في أي صحيفة أو موقع إليكتروني وخاصة المقال الصحفي في تشكيل الرأي العام والتأثير فيه، والأهمية التي تمثلها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الإليكترونية للصحف من حيث قوة الانتشار والتأثير وسهولة الوصول للقراء، والأهمية التي يمثلها عنصر رجع الصدى في العملية الاتصالية من خلال تعليقات القراء على المقالات والإسهامات التي يسهمون بها في إثراء موضوع المقال.\nأهم تساؤلات الدراسة \n1. ما المقالات الأكثر تعليقا عليها من القراء؟ ومن هم كتابها؟ وما اتجاههم الفكري؟ وما الموضوعات التي تتناولها تلك المقالات؟\n2. ما أهم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي يتفاعل القراء عليها مع كتاب مقالاتهم الصحفية؟\n3. ما مسارات البرهنة التي اعتمد عليها كل من كتاب المقالات الصحفية في مقالاتهم والقراء في تعليقاتهم وردودهم عليها؟\n4. ما اللغات أو اللهجات التي اعتمد عليها القراء في تعليقاتهم وردودهم على المقالات الصحفية؟\nينتمي هذا البحث إلى البحوث الوصفية، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج المسحي المنهج المقارن المنهج الإحصائي، واعتمدت الدراسة على استمارة تحليل المحتوى كأداة لجمع البيانات، والفترة الزمنية للدراسة من أول أكتوبر ٢٠١٤ حتى نهاية ديسمبر ٢٠١٤، واختار الباحث المقال الصحفي كعينية الدراسة وقام بانتقاء المقالات التي احتوت على أكثر تعليقات وردود من القراء وهي مقالات الكاتب فهمي هويدي وعمرو حمزاوي ومجدي الجلاد وحمدي رزق.\nومن نتائج الدراسة \n- أن مقالات فهمي هويدي في صحيفة الشروق استحوذت على أكثر تعليقات القراء على المقالات وردودهم على بعضهم البعض، ومقالات عمرو حمزاوي في صحيفة الشروق في الترتيب الثاني ومقالات مجدي الجلاد في الترتيب الثالث وحمدي رزق في الترتيب الأخير.\n- أن مشاركة القراء للمقالات الصحفية للصحف الإليكترونية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك جاءت في الترتيب الأول على جميع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، كما جاء الاستماع إلى المقالات المقروءة من خلال خدمة (اقرأ لي) التي تتيحها صحيفة الشروق فقط في الترتيب الثاني لاستخدام صحف الدراسة لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وجاء موقع التواصل الاجتماعي (تويتر) في الترتيب الثالث، وجاء استخدام القراء لموقع التواصل الاجتماعي جوجل بلس في الترتيب الأخير.

|f The importance of the study was determined by the importance of opinion materials in any newspaper or website, especially the press article, in shaping and influencing public opinion. The study's importance is also determined by the importance of social media and newspaper websites in terms of the power of circulation, influencing and readability as well as by the importance of feedback in the communication process through readers' comments on articles and contributions to enriching the topic of the article.\nThe most important questions of the study include: \n1. What articles are the most commented on by readers? And who are their authors? What is their intellectual orientation? And what are the subjects of these articles?\n2. What are the most important social media sites on which the readers interact with the authors of the articles?\n3. What proofs have the authors of newspaper articles relied upon in their articles and readers in their comments and feedback?\n4. What languages or dialects did readers rely on in their comments and feedback to articles?\nThis is a descriptive research in which the researcher relied on the survey method, the comparative methodology, and the statistical curriculum. The study employed the content analysis form as a tool for data collection, and the study period from 1 Oct 2014 to December 2014. The researcher selected the opinion piece as the sample of the study and selected the articles that contained the most comments and replies from the readers. These included the articles by Fahmi Houidi, Omar Hamzawi, Majdi al-Jallad, and Hamdi Rizk.\nThe results pointed out that: \n- Fahmi Houidi's articles in Al-Shorouq newspaper captured the biggest share of comments from readers on the articles and their responses to each other. Amr Hamzawi's articles in al-Shorouq newspaper got the second place, and Majdi al-Jallad's articles ranked third, while Hamdi Rizk occupied the last place. \n- The sharing of newspaper articles by readers on Facebook was ranked first among all social media sites. \nListening to readable articles through the “Read Me” service, offered by Al-Shorouq newspaper only, occupied the second-ranking for the use of study newspapers for social media sites.\nThe social media site (Twitter) was ranked third, and readers' use of Google Plus social media sites occupied the last place.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
