المستخلص: Through this research paper, we will try to study the underlying relationship between political power and freedom in the view of Baruch Spinoza, on the basis that political power is the basic structure that ensures individuals' freedom. From there, all forms of conflict and conspiracies of various kinds fuse. Thus, according to Spinoza, the state's goal is the provision of a public space through which individuals can exercise their political, ideological, expressive, and intellectual freedoms. From all this, it is possible to achieve social coexistence and harmony on the one hand and political coexistence on the other hand. The goal of the state - according to Spinoza - is not to impose laws by force, oppression, and violence, but rather by opening the space for individuals to express their demands and rights, and for this, Spinoza believes that the more powerful laws, the more individuals' disobedience and resistance to political authority, and space opens for violent practices, social dissolution of all kinds.
The central problem of this research: How to achieve humanization and homogenization between political power and individual freedoms according to Spinoza? More precisely: Can social and political harmonization and convergence be achieved - according to Spinoza - through the promotion of individual freedoms?

A travers cet article, nous allons essayer d’étudier la problématique de la relation entre le pouvoir politique et la liberté, de BARUCH Spinoza, de sont que le pouvoir politique soit la structure de base qui doit garantir la liberté des individués. C’est à partir de la , toutes les formes de conflits et de complots de toutes sortes seront fusionnes, donc l’objectif de l’état selon SPINOZA est la création d’un espace public a travers laquelle les individus peuvent exercer leurs liberté politique, idéologiques, expression et aussi réflexion.
De tout cela, la coexistence et la cohésion sociale peuvent être réalisées d’une part et les politiques de l’autre part, l’objectif de l’état selon SPINOZA, n’est point d’imposer des lois par la force, par la violence, mais plutôt en ouvrant la voie aux individus pour qu’ils puissent exprimer leurs revendications ainsi que leurs droits.
Pour cette raison, SPINOZA voit que plus les sois sont renforcées, plus la désobéissance et la résistance des individus au pouvoir sont grandes et ouvrent la parte à des pratique violentes et des bouleversement sociaux de toutes sortes. La problématique posé (le problème central) dans cette recherche: est de savoir comment atteindre l’harmonie et l’homogénéité entre le pouvoir politique est les liberté des individuelles dans la philosophie de SPINOZA? d’une autre manière plus précise, selon SPINOZA l’harmonie sociale et politique peut-elle être réaliser en promouvant les libertés individuelles?


من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، سوف نحاول دراسة إشكالية العلاقة الكامنة بين السلطة السياسية والحرية عند باروخ سبينوزا، وذلك من منطلق أن السلطة السياسية هي بمثابة الهيكل الأساسي الذي يسهر على ضمان حرية الأفراد، ومن ثمة تنصهر كل أشكال الصراع والمؤامرات بمختلف أنواعها، وبالتالي فغاية الدولة حسب سبينوزا، هي توفير الفضاء العام الذي من خلاله يتمكن الأفراد من ممارسة حرياتهم السياسية والعقائدية والتعبيرية والتفكيرية أيضًا، ومن كل هذا يمكن تحقيق التعايش والتآنس الاجتماعي من جهة، والسياسي من جهة أخرى. فغاية الدولة –حسب سبينوزا- لا تكمن في فرض القوانين بالقوة والقهر والعنف، بل يتأتى عن طريق فتح المجال أمام الأفراد للتعبير عن مطالبهم وحقوقهم، ولهذا فإن سبينوزا يرى بأنه كلما زادت القوانين قوة، زادت من عصيان ومقاومة الأفراد للسلطة السياسية، ويفتح المجال أما ممارسات عنيفة وانحلالات اجتماعية بمختلف أنواعها.
فالإشكالية المحورية لهذا البحث: كيف يمكن تحقيق المآنسة والمجانسة بين السلطة السياسية والحريات الفردية في نظر سبينوزا؟ وبصيغة أدق: هل يمكن تحقيق التوافق والانسجام الاجتماعي والسياسي –حسب سبينوزا- من خلال ترقية الحريات الفردية؟
