المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة تطبيق أسلوت الإدارة بالأهداف في مدارس مديرية تربية لواءي الطيبة والوسطية في محافظة إربد للمرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلميها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة تضمنت (34) فقرة تم توزيعها على أربعة مجالات هي: (تحديد الأهداف، وخطة عملية، والمراجعة المستمرة، والتقويم). وبعد التحقق من ثباتها وصدقها، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (68) معلما ومعلمة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف جاء بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.45). وجاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال التقويم بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.57)، وفي المرتبة الثانية جاء مجال تحديد الأهداف بمتوسط حسابي (3.39). وتاليا جاء مجال خطة عملية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.26). وفي المرتبة الرابعة جاء مجال المراجعة المستمرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.23). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على درجة تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. وقد تضمنت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها: ضرورة إشراك المعلمين والمعلمات في وضع الأهداف وإعداد الخطط والمراجعة المستمرة والتقويم حتى تكون مستويات تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف في مدارس مديرية تربية لواءي الطيبة والوسطية في محافظة إربد عالية.

This study aimed at identifying the degree of applying the approach of Management by Objectives in the secondary schools of the Education Directorate of Wastiyyah and Taybeh in Irbid governorate from the point of view male and female teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire which consisted of (34) items and was distributed into four domains (identifying the objectives, the practical plan, continuous review and evaluation). After the verification of its reliability and validity, it was applied on a sample of (68) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of applying the approach of Management by Objectives was moderate with a mean of (3.45), where the evaluation domain came in the first level with a mean of (3.57), identifying of the objectives domain came in the second level, with a mean of (3.39), the practical plan domain came in the third level, with a mean of (3.26) and continuous review domain came in the fourth level with a mean of (3.23). Besides, the results of the study showed that there were no significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) among the estimations of the study sample individuals on applying the approach of Management by Objectives according to the study variables. The study presented several recommendations; one of them is the necessity of the participation of teachers in identifying objectives, preparing plans and evaluation, in order to achieve high levels of applying the approach of Management by Objectives in the schools of the Education Directorate in Wastiyyah and Taybeh in Irbid Governorate.
