المستخلص: We present in this article our study which was aimed to describe and evaluate the authority and power of violent transaction families and to determine their management and characteristics that contribute to the genesis of these violent transactions. To achieve these objectives, we conducted a study that focused on three Algerian families with violent transaction with two subjects for each family. To do so, we chose the clinical method that is based on the case study. Data were collected using the semi-directive interview for the research with a content analysis according to R. Mucchielli's technique and the Family Adaptability System Test (FAST). The results revealed the presence of a faulty authority and power within our families studies in relation to the normal family hierarchy and the normally functioning of the family system. This failure qualified as abusive and disproportionate affects, without exception, all family subsystems, even parent/ child, conjugal and fraternal.

Nous présentons dans cet article les résultats de notre étude qui avait pour objectif de décrire et d’évaluer l’autorité et le pouvoir dans les familles à transaction violente et de déterminer leur aménagement et leurs caractéristiques qui contribuent à la genèse de ces transactions violentes. Pour réaliser ces objectifs, nous avons procédé à une étude qui s’est portée sur trois familles algériennes à transaction violente avec deux sujets d’étude pour chaque famille. Nous avons choisi pour cela, la méthode clinique centrée sur l’étude de cas. Les données ont été recueillies à l’aide des entretiens semi- structurés à visée de recherche avec une analyse de contenu selon la technique de R. Mucchielli, et le Family Adaptability System Test (FAST). Les résultats obtenus ont révélé la présence d’une autorité et d’un pouvoir défaillants au sein de nos familles études par rapport à la hiérarchie familiale normale et au fonctionnement sain du système familial. Cette défaillance qualifiée d’abusive et de disproportionnée touche, sans exception, tous les sous-systèmes familiaux voire parent/enfant, conjugal et fraternel.
