|a تدفعنا الحاجة الملحة لمعرفة التراث العربي، إلى أن نجري مسحا شاملا للذاكرة العربية -الإسلامية الموضوعية، مقارنة بما يفعله الغرب قبلنا عندما طبق المنهج التاريخي-النقدي على تراثه. من هنا سيتمكن المستشرق من جهة، والباحث العربي من جهة أخرى من الاطلاع على ما أنتجته الحضارة العربية -الإسلامية نصوصا ذات قيمة فيلولوجية. من المعروف بأن المحققين تسلحوا جميعا بأصول التحقيق ومبادئه ومصطلحاته، وجاهدوا واجتهدوا بثقافتهم الواسعة لفحص المخطوطات الثمينة من أجل إنجاز أعمال بحثية تحقيقية استفاد منها الباحثون اللاحقون في مجالات دراسية أخرى. ونحن واعون بأن ممارسي نقد النصوص يريدون من دون شك العناية بالتراث العربي والبرهنة على أن الفكر العربي -الإسلامي أثر ايجابا في مسار الفكر الإنساني.

|b The urgent need for knowledge of Arab heritage leads us to conduct a comprehensive survey of the Arab-Islamic memory of the subject. This is compared to what the West did before us when the historical-critical approach was applied to its heritage. The orientalist on the one hand and the Arab scholar on the other would be able to witness what the Arab- Islamic civilization produced were texts of philological value. It is well known that the interrogators all armed with the origins of the investigation and its principles and terms, and struggled and worked hard to examine their rich culture to examine the precious manuscripts in order to carry out investigative work that benefited subsequent researchers in other fields of study. We are aware that textual critics undoubtedly want to take care of Arab heritage and demonstrate that Arab-Islamic thought has a positive impact on the path of human thought.
