المستخلص: إن الناظر في تخريجات علماء الحديث وأحكامهم، على النصوص الواردة عن الني صلى الله عليه وسلم، يجد أحكامهم تتفاوت بين أقصى درجات التوثيق والتصحيح، كما أنها تصل أحيانا أخرى لأقصى درجات التجريج والتضعيف، وبين هذه وتلك مكانة إن جازلنا أن نصفها، لقلنا إنها في منزلة بين المنزلتين، وه قولهم: " فيه ضعف" وصفا للراوي. وقد حاولت الباحثة - عبر الاستقراء والسبر لأقوال أئمة الجرح والتعديل - وذلك بذكر بعض النماذج لرواة أختلف فيهم رأي الأئمة أن تصل إلى نتيجة تعين الباحثين والدارسين في هذه الجزئية في علم الجرح والتعديل، وتهدف هذه الدراسة لجمع نماذج لبعض الرواة الذين اختلفت الأقوال فيهم. وعرض أقوال العلماء لهؤلاء الرواة المختلف فيهم. ثم ذكر خلاصة لأقوال العلماء. وقد اتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، في جمع بعض الرواة المختلف فيهم، وعرض الأقوال للأئمة، ومن ثم عمل مستخلص لهذه الأقوال. وناء على ذلك توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن العلماء قد تختلف أقوالهم في الراوي الواحد، ومنشأ هذا الاختلاف هو اختلاف مقاييس هؤلاء الأئمة في نقدهم للرواة، بل قد يختلف رأي الإمام في الراوي الذي ضعفه، فيظهر له ما يجعله يعدل عن رأيه الأول فيوثق ذات الراوي. أو العكس. وكذلك من نتائج هذه الدراسة تبين لي أن فيه ضعف أرفع درجة من الضعيف.

The study aims at collecting some samples of narrators who are subjected to different ideas. And view the scholarly to those different narrators who are subjected to questioning, and the summary of the religion leader's sayings. This study has followed the analytical inductive, collect some different narrators and display words for blame, and then work to extract these words. Accordingly, the researcher has reached a number of conclusions: that scientist might differ in the Narrator, and the origin of this difference is the different measures of these Imams in their criticism of the teller, But the Imam's opinion may differ in the Narrator his weakness, it shows him what makes amends for his opinion I trusted with Narrator. Or vice versa. As well as the results of this study showed that it is less in degree than the weak one.
