| 520 | |a الأذان شعيرة من شعائر الإسلام، كونه النداء إلى عموده (الصلاة)، وأكد أركانه بعد الشهادتين، وقد شرع الأذان في السنة الأولى للهجرة، واهتم به العلماء كونه فرض على الكفاية على أهل الأمصار من مدن وقرى، مقيمين كانوا أو مسافرين، وقد قام الباحث هنا بالتعريف بالأذان، وبيان حكمه، وذكر أدلة مشروعيته، وبيان منهج الفقهاء في تأصيل أدلته، والتعريف بشروطه، ومستحباته، ومكروهاته عند الأئمة الفقهاء، ثم دراسة ما جرى في ألفاظه من خلاف بين المذاهب والمدارس الفقهية المختلفة، وأهمها المذاهب الأربعة ومعها المذهب الظاهري، والمذهب الزيدي؛ لمعرفة الزيادة والنقصان في ألفاظ الأذان، كونه عبادة توقيفية غير خاضعة للاجتهاد في أي زمان أو مكان، وما وجد من خلاف في ألفاظ الأذان فالمرجع فيه كتب السنة الصحيحة وأقوال الأئمة المعتبرين، فوحدة المسلمين وألفتهم يكون في إظهار شعار الإسلام بالصورة الصحيحة الثابتة دون زيادة أو نقصان. | ||
| 520 | |b The Call to Prayer, Adhān, is one of the rituals of Islam. It is an announcement for the backbone worship of Islam (i.e. prayer), and the most important pillar after the two testimonies of monotheism. The Call to Prayer was ordained in the first year of Hijrah. It is a collective obligation imposed upon all Muslims, both residents and travellers, in the cities and villages. In present study, the researcher defines the call to prayer, illustrates its rulings, and mentions the evidence of its legitimacy. He also indicates the methods of jurists in authenticating the call to prayer evidence, determining its terms, and specifying its desirable and undesirable acts. Besides, the researcher touches upon the disagreements among the different Schools of Jurisprudence, particularly the Four Schools of Jurisprudence, as well as the Zahiriy school, and the Zaidiy school, concerning the words of the call to prayers, to detect any addition or deletion in the call to prayer words, because it is regarded as a twaqīfiy (obligatory) act of worshipping, not subject to the juristic discretion at any time or place. The researcher concludes that these disagreements among the schools should be settled according to the authentic books of Hadith and the opinion of the trustworthy scholars, confirming that the unity and intimacy of the Muslim nation are affirmed by highlighting the slogan of Islam correctly without any addition or deletion. | ||
