The research was concerned with eliciting jurisprudential rulings related to the hadith: (The start of the call to prayer...); Which was included by Abu Dawood in his Sunan, and the hadith is long, the beginning of it: (... He said: The Prophet, peace be upon him, was interested in prayer, how people would gather for it. It was said to him: Set up a banner when the prayer came, and if they saw it, they called each other, but he did not like that. He said: Al-Qana’ was mentioned to him - meaning the ash bur, and Ziyad said: the Jews’ spit - he did not like that, and he said: “He is the one who commanded the Jews”...), and I also mentioned some of the rulings of the call to prayer in which the scholars differed - may God have mercy on them -, and in the conclusion of the research I mentioned all that I found it from the results of this research.
