المستخلص: يتركز البحث حول الحديث عن الأمانة في ضوء القرآن الكريم، ويهدف إلى إبراز هذا الخلق العظيم من خلال هدايات الآيات الكريمات، وبيان صفات الأنبياء عليهم السلام واتصافهم بهذا الخلق النبيل، والتأكيد على أن الدين كله أمانة في العبادات والمعاملات. وقد جعلت هذا البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة. في التمهيد عرّفت الأمانة من حيث اللغة والاصطلاح الشرعي، والمبحث الأول تناولت فيه موضوع الأمانة بين العبد وربه، حيث كان الحديث فيه عن أمانة جبريل عليه السلام وأمانة الأنبياء عليهم السلام، وأمانة التكليف بين سائر العباد. أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول الحديث عن أمانة الودائع، وأمانة الولاة، وأمانة الزوج، وأمانة أداء العمل، وأمانة المجالس، وأمانة العهود، وأمانة الكيل والميزان، وكل هذه الأشياء من ضمن الأمانات المتعلقة بين العبد وسائر الناس. ثم جعلت نهاية البحث خاتمة فيها أهم النتائج المؤكدة لأهمية موضوع الأمانة، وشمولية هذا المصطلح الشرعي، وصلته الوثيقة بتقوى الله عز وجل، ومدى ارتباطه بصلاح الفرد والمجتمع، وذم الخيانة وأنها من العصيان.

The research focuses on the discussion of the Secretariat in the light of the Holy Quran, and aims to highlight this great creation through the guidance of the verses of the creams, and to describe the qualities of the prophets peace be upon them and describe this noble creation, and to stress that all religion is faithful in worship and transactions. I have made this research an introduction, a preface, two papers and a conclusion. In the preface, the Secretariat was known in terms of language and legal terminology, and the first topic dealt with the subject of trust between the slave and his Lord, where he spoke about the secretariat of Jibril and the Secretariat of the prophets peace be upon them, The second topic dealt with the secretariat of deposits, the secretariat of the governors, the secretariat of the husband, the secretariat of the work performance, the Secretariat of the Councils, the secretariat of the covenants, and the Secretariat of the balance and balance, and all these things among the secretariats between the slave and the rest of the people. The end of the research concluded the conclusion of the most important results confirmed the importance of the subject of the Secretariat, and the universality of this term legitimate, and its close link to the piety of God, and the extent of its link to the individual and society, and the betrayal of betrayal and disobedience.
