المستخلص: This study aims at measuring the effect of the restructuring of the Algerian Company of Electricity “Sonlegaz” on the achievement of the task of the General Electricity Distribution Facility in Algeria through the study of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution during 2010-2017. Therefore, we used the ARDL, And the General Facility. In this study, we found that the restructuring variables are characterized by a special structural structure, whereas the indicators of the general facility have different variations and variations.
