المستخلص: الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل وظيفة الأنبياء والرسل وأتبـاعهم، الذين أمروا بتبليغ دين الله ومخالطة عباد الله، فلذلك كانت الحاجة ماسة إلى رصيد من السلوك والأخلاق كبير يحمي الداعية به نفسه ودعوته ويتألف به قلوب المدعوين من الأقربين والأبعدين، كالملاطفة والبشاشة، وطلاقة الوجه، وحسن المعاشرة، والـصبر على الأذى، وغض الطرف، والتودد بطيب الكلام وحسن الفعال، مع الجميع بلا استثناء؛ تأليفا لقلوبهم في الدين، وترغيبا لهم في الخير، واتقاء لشرهم المتوقع، وهذه الأخلاق كلها وغيرها تدخل في باب عظيم من أبواب السلوك؛ وهو ما يسمى بــ "المداراة"، فالأعـداء والأصدقاء على حد سواء بحاجة إلى المداراة لأنها من الأخلاق المهملة عند البعض، رغم أنها من أقوى أسباب تأليف قلوب المسلمين، ودفع شر أعداء الملة والدين، يقول الله تعالى: ((فبما رحمة من الله لنت لهم ولو كنت فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا من حولك فاعف عنهم واستغفر لهم وشاورهم في الأمر....)). والداعية الفقيه البصير بأمر دعوته يتصدى لدعوة الناس ويلاقي في سبيل ذلك كثيرا من العنت والأذى، ويقابل من الصدود والإعراض ما قد يحمله على المواجهة وترك المداراة، والأولى أن لا يفعل ذلك، بل الواجب الشرعي والفقه الدعوي، يلزمه بمداراة المدعوين، وتأليف قلـوبهم، وعدم الإغلاظ علـيهم، وعدم مكاشفتهم ومواجهتهم بما لا يحبون وأن لا يظهر العداء والبغض؛ لأنه يريد إصلاحهم وهدايتهم. وهذا التخلق بالمداراة باب عظيم، وفقه دقيق له مفهوم ومعالم ودلالات، وقبل ذلك له أصول ومنطلقات وأهمية ومشروعية، نحتاج إلى بيانها والتأصيل لها والتفصيل فيها ما أمكن تحت عنوان: (المداراة الدعوية: مفهومها ومعالمها وأهميتها في تأليف قلوب المدعوين) وجاء البحث من فضل الله تعالى مختصرا في ثلاثة فصول على النحو التالي: الفصل الأول: في مفهوم المداراة الدعوية وأهميتها وتمييزها عن غيرها الفصل الثاني: في مشروعية المداراة الدعوية ومكانتها من خلال النصوص الشرعية الفصل الثالث: في معالم المداراة الدعوية وأهميتها في الدعوة إلى الله تعالى وفي كل فصل من هذه الفصول الثلاثة ما تيسر من المباحث والمطالب والفقرات ذات العلاقة.

The call to Allah is the duty of the prophets and messengers and their followers, who ordered the notification of the religion of God and the relationship of the worshippers of God, so the need for a balance of behavior and ethics is great in protecting the caller himself and the call and consists of the hearts of invitees of the closest and distant, such as kindness and vulnerability, fluency and good cooperation , And the patience of the harm, and turning a blind eye, and courting the good and effective speech, with everyone without exception; a synthesis of their hearts in religion, and the absence of them in the good, and the prevention of their expected evil, and these ethics all and others enter the door of a great door of behavior; "The enemies Friends alike need to be polite because they are morally neglected in some, even though they are one of the strongest reasons for forming the hearts of Muslims, and pushing the evil enemies of religion and religion, God says: ((Mercy of God to them even if you are rude and heavy heart to disperse around you And seek refuge in them and consult them in the matter...((3). And the preacher who is ignorant of the matter of his call addresses the call of the people and finds in the path of that a lot of intransigence and harm, and he is confronted by the doubts and the symptoms that may lead him to confrontation and leaving the politeness. The first is that he does not do so, but rather the duty of the law and the jurisprudence of the supplication. And not to expose them and confront them with what they do not want and show hostility and hatred, because he wants to reform and guidance. This creation is a great door, and a precise jurisprudence has a concept, landmarks and connotations, and before it has its origins, points of view, importance and legitimacy, we need to articulate it and elaborate on it as much as possible under the title: Advocacy. Its meaning, significance and importance in forming the hearts of invitees. The research that came from the virtue of God is summarized in three chapters as follows: Section One: the concept of advocacy and its importance and distinction from others Section Two: The legality of the advocacy and its status through the legal texts Section Three: The characteristics of advocacy and importance of advocacy in the call to God. In each of these three sections, the study facilitates the investigation, demands and related concepts.
