المستخلص: تستمد اللسانيات المعاصرة وجودها من الحقل الفلسفي في كتابات اللسانين الذين يميلون إلى التطبيع الفلسفي للدرس اللساني ومنهم (روسل/Russel) و(فريجه/ Frge) و(سول كريبك / Saul. kripke)، (كويين/ Quine) وجون لاينز، فقد جرى البحث في كتاباتهم على التعلق بمجموعة من الأسئلة، تدور حول محددات القيمة المنطقية للمفاهيم المصطلح عليها. ثم تطورت هذه الدراسات على يد أوستين (Austin) وسورل (Searle) وستراوسن (Strawson) فأخذت مسار التعمق في ترسيخ المصطلح اللغوي واللساني. وذلك يتضح عند النظر في مصطلحات اللسانيات العامة، ولسانيات التحليل النصي في الاتساق والانسجام والربط والإحالات النصية، والمرجع والمرجعية، ومصطلحات البراجماتية ونحو ذلك مما يتكون مفهومه في الدراسات اللسانية. وثم تداخل في مصطلح اللسانيات المعاصرة سببه أولا، وبصورة سطحية، هو الترجمة؛ لكن التداخل بين المصطلحات اللسانية وحدوث الغموض بشكل يمثل إشكالية في المصطلح اللساني وبعمق هو أسباب علمية وموضوعية عدة ترجع إلى تقنية بناء المصطلح العلمي منها: 1- الاعتماد على حقول معرفية أخرى كالفلسفة والعلوم الاجتماعية والنفسية. 2- الاعتماد على مصطلح لغوي قديم في محاولة تطويره. 3- اختلاف فهم الباحثين موضوع المصطلح وقيوده ودلالاته مما ينتج تعدد تعريف المصطلح واختلاف مفهومه بين تلك التعريفات بالزيادة والنقصان. 4- تناقل المفهوم بين علماء الفنون، إذ يكون المفهوم مدروسا في موضوعات عدة. 5- تشابه المفهوم بين المصطلحات مما ينتج مصطلحات عدة لمفهوم واحد. 6- استعمال المصطلح الواحد في جانبين أو أكثر كالإحالة في تعريف جون لاينز مما يصح أن يكون في البحث اللغوي المعجمي وتعريفها النصي عند دي بوجراند مما هي في البحث النحوي وتعريفها عند غيرهما أمثال (جون دابو) مما يقع في جوانب فلسفة اللغة والوجود والتكوين.

This is evident when considering the terms of the General Linguistics, linguistics and textual analysis in consistency, consistency, connectivity and text assignments and reference and terms of reference and Pragmatism and so his concept, which consists in linguistic studies And then overlap in the term contemporary linguistics caused First, superficially is the translation; but the overlap between linguistic terms and the occurrence of ambiguity in a problematic manner in the term and in depth is a number of reasons for the emotional and objectivity due to the technique of building the scientific term, including: 1- Dependence on other fields of knowledge such as philosophy, social and psychological sciences. 2- To rely on an old linguistic term in an attempt to develop it. 3- Differences in the understanding of the researchers subject to the term and its limitations and implications, which results in multiple definition of the term and the difference of concept between those definitions increase and decrease. 4- the transfer of the concept among scientists scientists, as the concept is considered in several subjects. 5- similar concept between the terminology, which produces several terms of one concept. The use of one term in two or more aspects as the reference in the definition of John Linz, which can be in the linguistic search and lexicon of the definition of the text in De Bojrand, which is in grammar research and the definition of others (John Dabo), which lies in the aspects of philosophy of language and existence and composition.
