المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التطرف الأيديولوجي كمنبئ للاتجاه نحو الجريمة لدى عينة من الشباب السعودي، إلى جانب التعرف على اتجاهات الشباب السعودي نحو مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي، وتحديد كلا من مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي الأكثر انتشارا ومستوى كلا من التطرف والاتجاه نحو الجريمة لدى العينة، بالإضافة إلى تحديد درجة الاختلاف بين وجهات نظر الشباب نحو مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي التي تعزى لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، والكشف عن درجة الاختلاف بين متوسطات درجات العينة في مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي لمتغيري (الجنس والمهنة)، ودرجة الاختلاف بين متوسطات درجات العينة في مستوى التوجه نحو الجريمة لمتغيري (مستوى التعليم والمستوى الاقتصادي). واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المقارن-والارتباطي، على عينة قوامها (414) فرد (211) من الذكور و(203) من الإناث وذلك في مدى عمري يتراوح من (19-35) سنة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: • وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين التطرف الأيديولوجي والاتجاه نحو الجريمة وصلاحية النموذج في التنبؤ الرياضي. • وجود مستوى متوسط من التطرف الأيديولوجي لدى عينة الدراسة. • وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي لصالح الذكور. • وجود تأثير معنوي دال إحصائيا لمتغير المهنة على مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي. • وجود تأثير معنوي دال إحصائيا لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي على مظاهر التطرف الأيديولوجي. • وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في التطرف الأيديولوجي لصالح الذكور. • وجود تأثير معنوي دال إحصائيا لمتغير المهنة على مستوى التطرف الأيديولوجي. • وجود تأثير معنوي دال إحصائيا لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي على درجة الاتجاه نحو الجريمة. • وجود تأثير معنوي دال إحصائيا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي على مستوى الاتجاه نحو الجريمة.

The study aim was to identify the effect of the Ideological Extremism as a predictor for turning to crime among a sample of Saudi youth as well as to identify the attitudes of Saudi youth towards ideological terrorism manifestations. The current study also aimed at identifying the most common manifestations and the level of ideological terrorism and the level of turning to crime among the sample. It also aimed to determining the variance degree among the youth views of ideological terrorism manifestations that refer to a number of demographic variables. Moreover, the study aimed to revealing the variance degree among the sample's averages scores in ideological terrorism manifestations related to variables of (gender and profession), the variance degree among the sample's averages scores at levels of turning to crime related to variables of (education level and economic standard). The study used the Descriptive Approach, with its two methods-comparative and correlative- on the sample that consists of (414) individuals, (211 males) and (203 females) aged from (19-35) years old. The most important results of the study:  There is statistically significant relationship among the ideological terrorism, turning to crime and validation of the model in mathematical prediction.  There are statistically significant differences between averages scores of males and females in ideological terrorism manifestations for males.  There is statistically significant moral effect of the profession variable on ideological terrorism manifestations.  There is statistically significant moral effect of the economic standard variable on ideological terrorism manifestations.  There are statistically significant differences between averages of males and females scores in ideological terrorism for males.  There is statistically significant moral effect of the profession variable on ideological terrorism level.  There is statistically significant moral effect of the economic standard variable on the level of turning to crime.  There is an average level of ideological terrorism among the sample.  There is an average level of turning to the crime among the sample.  There is statistically significant moral effect of education level variable on the level of turning to crime.
