هدف البحث إلى اقتراح تصور للشراكة بين وزارة التعليم ووزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية لتطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات بالمملكة في ضوء التحديات المعاصرة، وتشخيص واقع الشراكة بين الوزارتين لتطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات بالمملكة، والكشف عن التحديات المعاصرة التي لها تأثير على تطوير الدور التربوي لهذه المؤسسات، والتعرف على أبرز الخبرات العالمية في مجال تطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات، باستخدام المنهج الوثائقي والمنهج الوصفي المسحي على عينة قصدية من مديرات وأخصائيات مؤسسات رعاية الفتيات بالمملكة، والمديرات والمشرفات التربويات في وزارة التعليم، في الإدارات المسؤولة عن البرامج والأنشطة، وجميع المسؤولين عن مؤسسات رعاية الفتيات في وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن الآتي: واقع الشراكة بين الوزارتين لتطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات بالمملكة العربية السعودية، من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث كان ضعيفا، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لاستجابات أفراد مجتمع البحث على عبارات الاستبانة بصورة مجملة ما نسبته (1,51). واقع الشراكة بين الوزارتين لتطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات في مجال البرامج والأنشطة من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث كان ضعيفا، بمتوسط حسابي (1,56). إن واقع الشراكة بين الوزارتين لتطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات في مجال التدريب والتأهيل التربوي والمهني من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث كان ضعيفا، بمتوسط حسابي (1,49). إن واقع الشراكة بين الوزارتين لتطوير الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رعاية الفتيات في مجال الرعاية اللاحقة من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث كان ضعيفا، بمتوسط حسابي (1,47).

The reality of the partnership between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to develop the educational role of girls 'welfare institutions in the area of programs and activities from the point of view of directors of girls' welfare institutions, Ministry of Education supervisors and officials of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development was weak with an average of (1,56). The reality of the partnership between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to develop the educational role of the girls 'welfare institutions in the field of educational and vocational training and rehabilitation from the point of view of the managers of the girls' welfare institutions and the supervisors of the Ministry of Education and officials of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development was weak with an average of (1,49). The reality of the partnership between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to develop the educational role of girls 'care institutions in the field of aftercare from the point of view of the mangers of girls' welfare institutions, Ministry of Education supervisors and officials of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development was weak with an average of (1,47).
