|b Given the purpose of this article, the threats stemming from the termination of the employment contract and from the psychological contract among the employees obviously constituted our main object of study. This article aims to gain a better understanding of the impact of non-compliance with the terms of the employment contract as well as the psychological contract on the behavior of employees and their attitudes at work.

|d Compte tenu de l’objectif de cet article, les menaces provenant de la rupture du contrat de travail ainsi du contrat psychologique chez les employés ont évidemment constitué notre principal objet d'étude. Cet article vise à arriver à une meilleure compréhension de l'impact du non-respect des conditions du contrat de travail ainsi celles du contrat psychologique sur le comportement des employés et leurs attitudes au travail.
