المستخلص: يعني البحث بحصر وترجمة أبناء كعب بن مالك- رضي الله عنه- وأحفاده وأحفاد أبنائه ممن له رواية في الحديث، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان مكانة آل كعب بن مالك في علم الحديث، وبيان درجة المعروفين بالرواية منهم من حيث الجرح والتعديل، وبيان مدى دقة قاعدة: "آل كعب بن مالك كلهم ثقات"، وقد سلكت المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، وخلصت إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن الطبقة الأولى من أبناء كعب بن مالك- رضي الله عنه- منهم صحابي واحد والبقية ثقات، وأن أحفاده منهم الثقة والضعيف بل فيهم المجهول الذي لا تعرف درجته في الجرح والتعديل، أما أحفاد أبنائه فإما ضعيف وإما مجهول، وأن قاعدة "آل كعب كلهم ثقات" ليست على إطلاقها، وأما التوصيات: جمع القواعد الحديثية ذات الصبغة العمومية ودراستها وبيان مدى شموليتها لما اشتملت عليه من جرح وتعديل.

The research aims to compile and write the biography of the sons of Kaab bin Malik — may Allah be pleased with him — and his grandchildren and grandchildren of his sons who have narration in Hadith. The research aims to demonstrate the position of the family of Kaab bin Malik in the science of the Hadith, and demonstrate the level of those who are famous in narration among them in terms of Al-Jarḥ wa l-taʿdīl (criticism and praise), and illustrate the accuracy of the rule: "The whole family of Kaab bin Malik is Thiqaat (trustworthy)." I have followed the inductive and deductive approaches. It concluded that the first class of the sons of Kaab ibn Maalik (may Allah be pleased with him), includes one Sahabi, and the rest are thiqah (trustworthy) and that his grandchildren include trustworthy and ḍaʻīf (weak), even among them are Majhool (one whose trustworthiness cannot be affirmed by Hadeeth scholars) whose level at the scale of Al-Jarḥ wa l-taʿdīl (criticism and praise) is not known. As for as grandchildren of his sons, they are either (weak) or Majhool. And that the rule "the whole family of Kaab is trustworthy" is not absolute. The recommendations are to collect the Hadith rules of a general nature and study them and explain the extent to which they are comprehensive of what they include in terms of Al-Jarḥ wa l-taʿdīl (criticism and praise).
